Typically the restaurant has good food and service. Today is Mother's Day and I ordered over $100 of food for our family dinner. I was told it would take 50 minutes to deliver. One and 1/2 hours later my grandson and his girl had to leave. Two hours later the food arrived, missing steamed rice and chow mein noodles I ordered, but when I called I was told I did not order the noodles. I was told the rice would be delivered right away. I have Celiac Disease and cannot eat the fried rice I ordered. My remaining family ate without me as I did not want their food to get cold. It has been another 24 minutes and my rice still hasn't arrived. I will never order from here again.
Gotten take out from here many times, but today was the last. Order was 30 minutes late with zero communication and barely a greeting when you walk in. This had a domino effect at home and completely ruined our evening.
TL;DR I think I picked the wrong day to try it because the end product was delicious and wonderful.First timer here. FYI, It was Christmas Day, I won’t be able to judge the service fairly. We called to order and were told our order wouldn’t be ready for 90 minutes or to “call back in ato place an order then”. So glad we ordered immediately and via phone. They were completely inundated and understaffed for the Christmas rush. When I went to pick up 90 minutes later, I was welcomed with a line of other folks waiting to order or pick up. Many had already been waiting for quite a while. I was excited about the less-than-common options they offered which was more Chinatown than The Valley and that appealed to me. The staff (specifically the woman behind the counter) genuinely seemed to be trying their best to satisfy the hungry masses but they were absolutely overwhelmed. And to make matters worse, I realized they left out one of my dishes requiring me to drive back (should’ve checked before I left but was so hungry). The quality of the food however made up for the delay and inconvenience and look forward to trying their other dishes on a regular day.
We have been eating here for the past 20 years. It simply is the best Chinese Restaurant in the entire area of Reseda. The waiters are GREAT! The Food is AMAZING ! The prices are reasonable. You can't go wrong eating here!Raul Estravit in Reseda !
Been here 3 times anytime I crave Chinese food for me and the family this place is delicious always fresh, hot and just very good food and worth every dollar spent! The owners are so sweet too!

My girlfriend and I have been here several time and the service is ALWAYS amazing - just like the food! After only our first time there the staff had already memorized our order down the the drinks! If you can get past the paper plates (what business HASN'T needed to make budget cuts these last 2 years?), I can guarantee a memorable experience!
Not from the area and came here because of the positive reviews. The restaurant interior is nice and the food was tasty. The staff was very friendly.It's a busy place for a good reason; people were constantly walking in to pick up food and the phone kept ringing for more orders.

Sooooo, I went to this place 5 days ago, and was back there yesterday. Food has been fresh, tasty, consistent. Large portions at very reasonable prices. I will probably go here weekly for the foreseeable future. See ya there!
