I love this place. I’ve been coming here since I was a child. All the food is delicious and I always get amazing customer service. I highly recommend it to anyone.
First time at Reseda location as they have others in the SFV. Pupusas are ok. Never like mom. I ordered casamiento on the side, and was disappointed…it was mushy like mash potatoes. They have different pastries/pan dulce and of course delicious horchata and other traditional flavors. Parking is limited.Overall I will visit Carousel again.

Salvadorean food here is pretty goodSalvadorean pastry is also goodThe only problem with this venue is the parking,as there are other restaurants.The parking is very limited. And narrow,It's very easy to get into a fender benderHere so I try to park on the street and walk there,if the parking looks too full.
Bought a dozen of variety of pupusas for my lunch and dinner, all of them had beans, for some reason the beans tasted as if they were bitter almost as if they had used beans that were spoiled, when I called to notify them of this, the person that answer the phone proceeded to lecture me and educate me about the way I stored the pupusas and why exactly was I calling them so late, in other words this person didn’t even gave me the benefit of the doubt, I did not even get offered a replacement or a refund, was told that somehow it had been me the one that spoiled the pupusas, this is no way to do business, and selling items that could potential make your customers sick is not responsible business, almost $50 gone to waste and thrown in the trash.

Old food, bought a couple of pupusas, they were old, bad service, ladies with attitude all the time, what a bad experience.
They seem to have few selections of sweet bread
This is one of my favorite places. Everything is made with love.
I’ve only been at this place twice in the last two months. Their breakfast, pupusas and sweet bread are delicious. The food quality and the service are great. I’ll come back for more anytime I’m in the area.
