This place is a nightmare on the weekendsOrdered a medium coffee stood there for over 20 minutes while I watched all of the other orders come back in that were wrongly made then when I finally asked him where’s my medium coffee he just said oh I guess I’ll just make it for you real quick. That’s exactly why I don’t go to Starbucks anymore. Total joke
So went in this morning 3/29 3 girls behind the counter, got my coffee with in 5 minutes....the whole process took....mayeb 6. Yesterday 7 people behind the counter, took 8 minutes to wait in line , 30 seconds to take my order and 7 more get my latte. Can you do the math ?
I almost never write bad reviews however this particular Starbucks is much worse than the others. I know that we are in a shortage, but they are almost ALWAYS out of the drinks that I enjoy (while other Starbucks always have them). The drinks taste normal, but the service is exceptionally bad. I can’t count how many times i’ve went here and waited 10+ min for 1 drink. Also, their organization is terrible as my orders have been mistaken several times (I understand if this happens once in a while but I’ve noticed this reoccurring theme with myself and other costumers)
The only Starbucks close to my house and every time I’m there it takes 30min to get a coffee???? Why???
Service good no issues with wait time very friendly clean good feeling there.
I don’t like posting bad reviews but this particular location was driving me up the wall too many times. Some staff members are really amazing while others are not even nice. They make mistakes and I understand that but it would be great if they were nicer about it. For sure is the worst Starbucks I ever been to
I being experienced a lot of on this place.The place is very convenient, the service is terrible .35 min for a cup of coffee (mobile order) I can see people gather on the spot asking for their coffee & lunch, something that supoust to be pick and go is a waiting line. Terrible terrible! The manager should be fire! Immediately? not coming back.
Waited like 25 minutes just to receive my 3/4 full iced latteIf they dont have staff then close up shop. Paying 6 bucks to be late to work aint the business
30 minute wait for a latte if youre understaffed then close up!!
I ordered rwo (2) sugar free vanilla lattes but didn't get SF Vanilla....they were out but didn't tell me until after I waited 20 minutes for the coffee!!!
