a while back I ordered from here and my drink didn't taste anything like it should have. Today I ordered again with the wife, both had to go our separate ways after, but the drinks sucked and we found out to late. It's so lame to be across the street from the nearest Starbucks and to always wonder if they got it right this time or not.

~1 month ago, I did order online my small coffee + almond croissant for early pickup in the morning. The App informed me my order would be ready in ~12 minutes, once I got there (4 minutes later than when the App said my order would be ready) I had to wait an extra~10 minutes for this simple order! If this was a one-off, I would forget about it but yesterday, this happened again, same order same prediction by the App, I arrived 2 minutes after the App suggested my order would be ready. Asked for my order, was handed over an already cooled almond croissant and had to wait for few more minutes for a small cup of coffee (no sugar, no cream, no nothing in it!!). This Starbucks and its staff do not give a dime to your plan or value your time. I will never order here again!

Low work efficiency, had to wait quite some time for pickup because employees were not taking it seriously.Service: Not all employees were polite when it comes to services, they rarely announce ready to pickup drinks.Drinks: it really depends on who makes the drink, some just filled less than half of the grande cup espresso even asked for extra milk, while some filled it to the normal amount like other Starbucks that I had been to.Parking: this is possibly the only nice thing about this place, but sorry no drive-thru.

Too crowded in the morning. No social distancing. Order took 15 min.

50/50.Sometimes they get my order right and sometimes they don’t. For instance, there were few times when I requested extra crunch for the caramel ribbon crunch frappuccino or a extra shot of espresso for a latte, and they completely failed at that. They’re just not attentive. I think I’m better off sticking to my Nespresso machine.

Very bad service. Loud music playing. Difficult to hear order. 1 server takes orders and cashier. Missed my order after 3 times. Let another person I front of me to take cash. Will not advise going here.

This place is a hit or miss. Most of the time it's perfectly pleasant if you come when it's not busy. I've never had an unpleasant experience speaking with an employee until today, and I come here maybe 3 times a week. I bought a bag of coffee and asked them to grind it for pour over, not realizing that that's just paper filter and I don't have to specify the pour over part. But the fact that I did confused the employee (rightfully so) and so she asked someone else, who I assume was a manager (black hat and no apron) and the manager seemed to be frustrated at my question and had an attitude with me. She didn't say anything wrong necessarily but she was quite rude just because I didn't know better about coffee grind settings. Being talked to with such a harsh attitude left a bad taste in my mouth, and I'm a pretty passive person. Other than that, avoid this place when it's busy, they likely will prioritize mobile orders over in line customers and might forget about you when it's busy.
