Went there today at like 9:23 am. Arrived wasnt greeted no biggie but rhen i just stand there waiting to order and all ghe staff just ignores me.Decided to leave have no time for such non sense.
There were 4 employees it was around 10am when I was there today. I want to keep this short but I want people to knw if u come here u will wait forever. I ordered a sausage sandwich and mint tea. What the employees did was focus solely on their online orders and did everything in bulk. So my sandwich was held up by an employee who wanted to do all her sandwiches at one time. To sum everything up they all did a bad job at serving us who were there bc they even gave a sandwich to someone who ordered way after me. I ask where is mine the employee said I just got here lol. I never once gave attitude. I'm just knew it was best to describe everything on here. I and others all agree they all did a horrible job look at the trash they didn't even pay attention to it either. I think they only cared for their breaks bc they keep disappearing. Just everything was backed up. I highly do not recommend this location.
I was with my neighbor and i waited outside with her dog. Went to use the bathroom and i was very surprised. Toilet would not flush and their was urine in the toilet. Complained. to the staff said they are aware and that it keeps happening. Not happy at all.bathroom not clean no papertowels to dry ur hands
The glass is dirty, the floor is dirty, the tables dirty, this is not the starbucks we grew to know an love.

You have to wait forever here. You'll be the only one in there, order your coffee, then all of a sudden 10 people will walk in and get them all made ahead of yours, because they ordered on line. So even though I'm there first, I get put last. They have a ton of people working there. Why dont they assign one person for walk in's. Doesn't seem like rocket science to me.
Very poorly managed store. Queue is a total mess. Pick-ups aren’t called out. Coffee tastes like machine hasn’t been cleaned for a while. Bleurgh!
