Love the pizza. Crust is delicious. Great service.
Their hours online and posted on the door say they’re open til 10 pm. I’m here at 9:15 pm and they’re closed. I really wanted pizza and this is extremely disappointing.
The young gentleman who help me with my order was fantastic on 10/19. His friendly and helpful manner was a wonderful asset to this establishment. Food was delicious too!

Clean place and good pizza.
Ordered online, got a confirmation email for the order, but when we went to pick it, they said they never got the order. They then offered to make the pizza there which we did, which was nice, but still a hassle.
I don't know who has better ready made pizza slices than them. I've tried the chicken/bacon and the combo, both were great. I also love the thin crunchy crust. Not the cheapest, but you know you're getting the best ingredients.
Waited 40 minutes for a small cheese pizza when they didn’t have any customers - no lunch rush. Pizza tasted like bread sticks. Hardly any cheese and overpriced!! Pronto pizzeria is WAYYYY better and cheaper. They are also in Redwood City. This franchise just has a bunch of kids making the food. Zero customer service. People who don’t know anything about authentic, quality pizza may like this place. Tastes like those $5 little Caesar pre-made pizzas. Tiny portions. Their website lists completely different prices than what they charge. They charge $2.00 more. Just awful.
Awesome pizza, friendly folks, local chain from Capitola and Santa Cruz with surfer theme. Pizza My Heart is my favorite, and the choice of my daughter for her Birthday dinner. ?
