On Sunday May. 28th, we showed up 20 minutes before closing to try to order something on the go, the door was locked and the staff non-verbally shoo'ed us off saying they were closed. While looking for some place else to go buy food in our car we noticed they allowed 3-4 door dashers to still enter and pick up orders. These workers are costing the owner business.
Be sure to check your orders before leaving the restaurant. There are clueless workers who miss an item of your paid order. Some workers speak with heavy accent that is difficult to understand if you would be given just the free missing item or the full meal you paid for when you call to complain the missed item in your order. Make sure it is spelled out if you would be given just the missing item or the full meal you paid for before returning to claim your order as instructed by the heavy accent speaking worker. Costumer service is very bad.
Literally the worst panda. And I'm Taiwanese so I should I know. My people need to find better staff and get this show together. I tried to give this place benefit of the doubt but each time they under deliver. Bad service and most of unable to make decent plates. The food is already in front of you. How hard is it to plate them nicely and evenly. I got chow mein today and they decided to proceed to give me mostly onions instead of noodles. Everytime their ratio is off. Get it together Redwood panda.
Yummy spot. Great employees that deserve Raises !But they definitely need more help @ this location. ( expect a bit of a wait )
i’m a single mother of 3, kurt was a very helpful and kind young man he was able to recommend us the perfect plate for my family. will definitely be coming back soon for this outstanding service! thanks kurt!
Great Chinese/American food. This location is very busy and not recommended to dine in. The noise level from the customers was overwhelming. We enjoyed the freshly made food and courteous staff.
Manager should be fired. Showed up around 11 a couple days ago and doors were still locked meanwhile workers were inside prepping. Pro tip- start prepping before work hours!
Panda express food yes, but not this location... The service here is horrible. I ordered online in front of the store because I wanted to avoid the crowds and wait in the car instead of the packed store. I walked in at the pickup time (25min later!) and the associate told me that they will start to make the food. I walked back out waited another ten minutes and when I came back he told me that they are waiting for Chow Mein. So I had to wait another ten minutes this time in the store to get my food. In total 45 min... That's not "express" and online order is completely useless. Disappointing!
I should have read the reviews before going to this location, but I was naive and figured all the bad reviews were due to the shortage of workers in the fast food industry right now. I ordered online and gave 45 mins to prepare the food given that this location in sequoia station is busy. When I got there, I waited for 30 minutes for my food as I saw 12 people come in, order their food, and leave, all before they looked at an online order receipt they saw after I told them my name. I feel for workers because they seemed understaffed, but why would you want people in the restaurant staring at you waiting for their food. I highly recommend not ordering from this location, but if you need to, I would place your order in person.
Orange chicken is burnt, hard and cold not edible. Customer service was disappointed they were rude and argued with me when I told them my kid was choking on their food. Only the cashier was kind and understanding. Never going back to this location.
