I have been coming here since the early 90s and even though the days of the pan pan pizza are just good memories of days gone by nothing beats there hot and ready pepperoni with a side of the world famous crazy bread the staff is extremely attentive and speedy to take care of you in no time. Highly recommend

Terrible Service, was refused my receipt despite asking multiple times, was charged for items I didn't order and was given the wrong order and told if I wanted what I asked for I had to pay again
If you tempter your expectations a bit, you will find that the pizza is decent. Nothing to write home about, but decent. And the prices are very low.

Horrible they never able to pick up the phone and I get there always have a stupid answer
They forgot to make my order, so they said. Then when I did get it, I pre-ordered and had to wait 45 minutes at the place for a stuffed crust, it was a slight bit under cooked. I do like the stuffed crust though, one of the better pizzas I've had in redwood city. The customer service and service in general leave something to be desired though.

Called a few months ago to place an order to pick up. Lady answered and asked if I spoke Spanish. I went to hand the phone to my husband who speaks Spanish and she hung up. Called again three times, she answered and hung up immediately each time. Ultimately unplugged the phone it seems because I stared getting a busy signal. Tried to call in an order today and nothing but busy signals. How many reviews about phone trouble before you do something about it?!
