Same thing happened to me. Was rushed on the drive through. I asked the person to give me more time. On three separate times. When I pulled up to the window the guy told me that if I needed more time I could get off the car and come inside or park my car and get in line when i was ready. That didn't make sense to me. Plus there was no other car behind me. Guy was a chubby old guy with a mustache. Happened at 7:30pm.
This location is terrible. Third time in a row that I've had to wait 15+minutes because they ran out of chicken before the next batch was done cooking. Please plan better, this is ridiculous.
The drive-thru lady was rushing me through my order. I didn't know what I wanted, but there was no car behind me. I just needed a minute to read the displayed menu, as I am not familiar with it. I ordered 3 tenders. She told me "$8.23 at the window." $8.23 for 3 tenders. Not for a meal, just the tenders. I had her repeat it at the window, and she said it was the price for 3 tenders. I thought KFC had become quite pricey. I paid cash, I gave her $8, and while I was rummaging through my wallet for a quarter, she disappeared. Her colleague arrived, he handed me a plastic bag and I gave him the quarter. She was nowhere to be seen, so he waved for me to go, saying we were good. In the plastic bag, there were the box of 3 tenders, 4 sauces--including 3 that I didn't ask for (and a spoon ?!)-- but no receipt. I was on the go and ate the tenders; they were good enough. Once I had time, I checked online, and apparently, I should have been charged $3.99 for 3 tenders, which makes more sense. It was clearly not a mistake as I had her repeat it, and she confirmed the order and the price. So obviously, I won't be back.

Best to eat here at lunch. My senior parents really wanted KFC. Haven't eaten here in years, but their dentist is next door and it was dinner time. The aroma made us all hungry, so we decided to pick up some chicken for dinner.Mistake. The original chicken was dry and chewy. Probably kept warm from lunch. If you find yourself wanting KFC, come at lunch. Probably fresher. I won't be back. Ate half and threw the rest in the trash.
This Fast food has a perfect spot, obliging teams, and reasonable estimating. They have a wide assortment of things to look over and everything is AMAZING!!
Disgusting.....dried out old chicken that must have sat out for hours along with a dried out old biscuit that was like a rock. I will never eat at this KFC spot ever again.

Drive thru they forgot 1 gravy with my 2 mashed potatoes. Didn't receive any breasts of chicken but did get a few extra legs. Chicken sandwich probably would've tasted better if eaten right away.
They give me less pieces...I pay for $42 dollars for a box of 12 pieces and they only give me 9 pieces..Wen ai was in home eating I saw that and I call and the miss was rude and she said that I need to go back if I want my pieces...They need organization....
