Just came here to get lunch and got a number5 with curly fries and coke. When the lady gave me my food she gave me regular fries. I politely told her I asked for curly fries and she argued with me that I didn’t ask for curly fries. Is it so hard to just switch the damn fries!
did not serve the food even when we spent $50 here. then refused to give a refund after we waited for 2 hours.
Got large strawberry shake no toppings was fantastic. Just what I was craving.
The service was excellent very quick on order! The employee at the speaker was right on the order and ask if everything was right on screen and at the window smile and I for few extra napkin and she did the right amount two extra if customers ask in all fast food I work at no more than two napkins thru the drive thru.
Terrible customer service I came twice because they’re not taking care of the people to eat inside and when I asked for something she said she didn’t have it and then left again I couldn’t even order because she just left
The food was downright disgusting. I might as well have thrown my money out the window. It was served cold and as we know cold fries are no good, and the wrong order came down the pike! The wrong order was not as bad as it tasting so nasty.
It was a ghost town of a restaurant, but I was served within minutes. That's always a plus!!!
This is one of the few Jack's left in the area. My food came out hot and fresh. No complaints. I like how they toast their buns even on a value sandwich like their Jr Jumbo Jack...Jack in the Box is an American fast-food restaurant chain founded February 21, 1951, by Robert O. Been Here For Decades, Seems To Been The Same Great Service And No Problems There To Date, The Staff Are Nice And Helpful, The Inside Could Be Cleaner This Day But Otherwise It Was A Good Day And My Order Was Right The First Time...
I could have swore I posted a review so I'll do it again. The only place I used my credit card at Redwood city was at jack in the box and 2 days later I had 150.00 charged to door dash for Chinese takeout in San Francisco. Should have figured something was up when they took forever to return my card.
