The food is decent but the service is just slow. I don't think I've ever had to wait over 30 minutes for sashimi to be served to me before.

We used to like this place but there was a menu change and a noticeable decrease in the quality of the food and service. Among other things, portion size was incredibly small, and the chicken used was low quality.

I like this Japanese restaurant. Decent food and decent service. Noticed their menu prices went up.

Paid $50 for this thinking I’d be treating myself to an epic dinner… I nearly didn’t leave the restaurant with my order after looking in the bag but didn’t want to come off as a difficult customer. Now after getting home and tasting it I feel like going back and asking for my money back. The specialty roll was about as thick as a finger. Had no substance to it. The chicken teriyaki was watery. Quality of food was terrible. never going there again. A total joke.

They must have changed something in the menu- for the price you pay, you get very small sushi. 2 of the 3 rolls you see in the picture is a “special roll” for which you pay ~$16. Compare that to the California roll (at the bottom)- which is supposed to be small. It’s the same size. Very disappointed. We will not order again.

Karaage ramen and curry rice are to die for. You can make the ramen spicy too. Gyoza are a must!

Amazing food its a must go ? ?...peaceful environment great beer !!...follow me at @otanezbulldogz Instagram ? ?

My wife and I like the Omakase, less than 60$ for a chef selection of 12 pieces of sushi, top quality. Can easily cost you a 100 in San Francisco. We have been to a lot of Japanese restaurants in the Bay Area. This one, is the best for price to value.

Ordered beef curry. It's a bit spicy, not the Japanese curry I expected. The beef is very delicious.

Very fresh sushi. Excellent food.
