Freewheel is an excellent brewery and pub. The brews are creative and innovative, the food is fresh and delicious, and staff is super friendly and helpful. You won’t be disappointed!! My girlfriend and I visited Freewheel all the way from Manhattan, NYC.

We were tired, and on our way to fly home, but needed gas, so we stopped before the airport and got some, then realized we had a lot of time and were hungry. There was a shopping center nearby with Freewheel Brewing Co. So in we went, the four of us. It was empty, we were warmly greeted, we ordered and the food was served piping hot and fresh and delicious. Let me tell you, the potatoe chips were the best homemade ones I have ever had. Beer was good too! It was such a nice end to our trip I asked for the card so I could review it. Do try if you are in the area.

Excellent cask ales. I'm partial to the FSB. The crisps were a nice change.
We really like this place! Very tasty beer and custom burgers, which allow for great variety. And they are very tasty - we've not had one we didn't love. We're not from the area but we go every time we're nearby.
Good food & down to earth local vibes. Beer is good with a decent selection. Live music outside was nice & ended by 9pm (on a Friday). Overall. Nice local place just to grab a beer & chill.
Nice little place. Dbl IPA was surprisingly good. Fish and Chips were perfect.
My go-to in Redwood City. I was lucky to live down the block a few years ago, now make the trip to come visit. Always a great drinking and eating spot. Great beers, very good food, can't go wrong on the menu.
Really good basic burger ( great burger, quality garnish and tasty bun)and really tasty black been burger. Nice thick cut fries and very tasty beer! Not far from Fremont if you want a good beer pub. We will be back.
