It's Five Guys, what else is there to say - amazing fries great burgers and decent prices. That's a combo that's hard to beat!
Solid, good burger. The lettuce wrap used an insane amount of lettuce, however that is par for places that have lettuce buns. Service was good. Overall, a solid choice if you need a semi-quick bite to eat.
10 years of eating at Five Guys all over the country and tonight I am shocked to have to write a complaint.An employee apparently named Jose insulted me loudly today for daring to ask a small cup of ketchup so that I didn’t have to deal with opening 20 packets with my greasy fingers.He told me it’s packets or nothing and one of the nice employees squirted some into a little cup for me and Jose loudly yelled at her in front of customers and staff that I wasn’t allowed to have anything but the packets.Unbelievable. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location.

Get your burger cravings sated at the Five Guys at Middlefield in Redwood City, then go watch a movie next door. Or the other way around.
Don’t bother, couldn’t order online through the website, and when I called they told me it was cash only? Went to the atm to get some cash and called back 5 times to a dead line. Plenty of other great burger options around. I’d suggest taking your business there unless there’s something special about five guys (there isn’t)
Bad bad food and Service.They had half of their fountain drinks out-of-service unfilled. When we asked if they had more, they made notions to start installing the syrups for the fountains but were taking their time, you could tell they just didn't want to so we said it's alright, we'll just get a different drink. Then he said alright and immediately stopped what he was doing got up and left instead of actually refilling all the drinks even though we didn't want them.On top of that, the place was empty when we ordered and we sat outside directly in sight of the cash register /kitchen. After waiting awhile and seeing other people come and go with food, we wondered if ours was done. As soon as we walked in she pointed and said it's down there on the counter. So they were just not going to tell us. I think that the workers here are just very complacent and doing very minimal effort on shift.

Great burgers! I love the French fries because they are the best!
