Called in an order and were told it will be 2min for the French fries when we came in to pick it up. 10min later no french fries, went to the front desk just to find they didn't even start our order.I feel bad for the hard working people here, but they just can't keep up with the orders.
Great burger, good fries but don't be surprised to pay $20. Not an everyday kind of thing. No lines during the weekend for this location.

Like all of the other 5 Guys locations; HUGE burgers, hot fries, and cold drinks at reasonable prices. What's not to like?

Great burgers, hot dogs etc. You get to choose what toppings you want from a LARGE selection od toppings/sauces etc.
To be honest, I have tried almost every franchise burgers and this buger do not live up to their name. Nothing special about their burgers. Also, while dining inside, the staff talked very, very loud and was very uncomfortable dining at Five Guys.
It's better then an in and out burger. Just my opinion. Wish it was a little cheaper. The redwood shores location they are super friendly and fast. It's so clean in there.
LOVE Five Guys but...Only two employees on duty, dealing with vagrants hanging out indoors and what appeared to be "difficult" customers. Not the fault of the overworked staff to be put in this position (but the food prep definitely suffered as these two tried to keep up and manage).When Five Guys has a full crew (cashier, two preps, fries guy, cleaner); then, the food is worth it.
