They never make a mistake.....my morning depends on my coffee I wouldn't trust anyone else

Dunkin in Redwood City does it right! Totally like an original DDs. I lived over 20 years in Boston where DDs is on every third corner lol. I always loved the consistency in taste and the great prices for coffee and bagels with cream cheese. Now I love also their iced green tea. What a delight. The first DDs in our area in San Carlos just didn’t get it right. I was thrilled with this one in Redwood City. Wonderful service and great donuts and bagels.
I do a lot of Mobile ordering and my order is always ready when I arrive. Staff is nice as well. Love that this location is so close to us!
Taste is good but the complex is very small and wierd while getting out so newbie drivers may get confused. Besides that the coffee was great
Fast friendly service. Great donuts and coffee. Parking is a bit hard but manageable.
Dunkin' Donuts will always be a four. Never a five. Reason being, that there's always a better donut shop close by. In this case Chuck's & Happy Donuts. This doesn't mean there aren't good. Just, not as good as the other two. I will give them the edge on coffee drinks though. Decent donuts, good coffee & great customer service. And they accept credit cards. Chuck's does not. So, there's that.
Staff there is very friendly and don't mind if you ask about coffee selection or anything else if not familiar menu.
Open early, decent selection of foods, always hits the spot for coffee and doughnuts.
Service was great , friendly cashier. Overall product quality and taste could be improved. The glazed munchkins ( donut holes ) didn't seem glazed at all, they were rather melted. I got a nitro cold brew with sweet foam and it tasted like a flat beer ? I've had nitro cold brew at Starbucks for example and I don't grt that taste
