Pizza is good but delivery is really slow
Would not recommend this place at all, we waited for almost an hour and had to cancel our order because they said it would take another 15 minutes for them to give us pizza. Very rude customer service as well.
Went it for 7.99 carry-out deal only for the lady to tell me they don't have that deal at that location, so I went back for my phone and placed online order for same thing and then she changed her tune and was still rude when I asked how long it would take.
I ordered the thin and crunchy pizza…… it was horrible and not cooked fully… it was anything but crunchy… I tried to reach out to this franchise to explain…. But got no response…. I’ll never order another pizza from this franchise again….
The other bad reviews are accurate.Took 1.5 hours to deliver a pizza. The driver was able to get from the store to my location in less than 10 mins. The tracker showed the pizza in quality control for what felt like 45-60mins. This resulted in cold pizza on arrival.Tried to call the location multiple times but you're just placed on hold and can't speak with a human.Please can corporate take a look at this franchise and see what can be done to lift their process, hiring or other practices to the minimum bar Domino's expects.Remember little Caesars can pump out a similar pizza in about 15 mins.
One of the workers does not wear a mask, even though it is required by law that they do so. The employee has been preset every time I visited and he never had mask, not even one around his neck !!!
Worst pizza ever. 50.00 for the nastiest pizza. I will never ever buy dominoes again .
I like the Redwood City location on fifth Avenue. They are always very nice and prompt.
Ordered pizza, delivery was supposed to be by 1100, called at 1110 and was told that the food had not left. Requested order be cancelled, then received a call that it was in the hotel lobby at 1116. Picked them up within 2 minutes and wings were burnt & cold, as well as pizza being colder than room temp. The domino’s shop called saying they had refunded and wanted me to provide payment again at 1125, this place is awful.
Great pizza and many coupons , been ordering every other week on my days off!
