The food is OK but... five stars 4 history of the 49ers team After every victory Eating there during the 1981 Super Bowl winning season that brought the 1st championship to San Francisco Place has history of sports great pictures
I feel bad giving it 2 stars because I really like Tim the owner I've been coming here since since high school Class of 1999, but I noticed the food isn't as tasty as it used to be also the price is a little bit too high for what we get? I'm also kind of disappointed that that you have to order French fries Separately everone knows a good restaurant a Burger comes with fries instead they give you a little bag of chips, kinda of greedy/stingy move there bud: ( which I just tossed in the trash. They can also be more friendly, they didn't even greet or say "Hi welcome to Canyon Inn".. I regret to say I will not be bringing my family here any longer : (
i was there today firts time because my friends tell me they have good food. i pretty sure the food is good because reviews are really good. BUT the servers and hostes are very unprofessional why? because today we get in with my family and 2 guys girl and one boy are front tv with the remot control they saw me. and turn the head to continue watching tv i stand up for 5 minutes never come to us people and the kitchen saw us too. they don’t said enything i ‘m chef for 20 years i work in the dinning room sometime when custumers come to the door that is priority said hello and everything else if i was the boss that kids they are fire by now
A niner fan (my boyfriend) wanted to make a stop here and boy we were not disappointed. If you're a 49er fan this is a spot you need to visit. The walls are covered with sports clippings, memorabilia and photos. One of those bucketlist places if you're in the Bay Area.Food was pretty good, burgers, mozzarella sticks and fries are a classic, I would recommend the Hacksaw burger personally. Thanks Tim ? love the place as the biggest 49er fan.
I was surprised with how good the food was here given the large menu. The Philly steak and chicken tenders were very good, but the lasagna was not impressive though not awful either. They had a good selection of beers too. Overall enjoyed the meal and staff was friendly despite getting slammed right after we came in
This is one hidden gem up in the hills. Who would have thought that you could get such great coffee so far out. Very impressive roasts and flavors. One of my favorite secret cafe.
Good food,ni ce owner and cool decor !
We had hamburgers and soft drinks. The hamburgers were excellent. The owner came talk to us and took this photo for us. Will come back again
This family owned establishment is great for everyone. A sports and bay area memorabilia collection that is fun to view on the walls.. the food is VERY good easy fare and owners are on site making sure things run smooth.
Been visiting this place since I was a child. It hasn't changed!! It's a little expensive now but what isn't on the peninsula. I could have sworn the hacksaw burger came on a roll. Still delicious.
