This is legit becoming the worst, of the worst, of the restaurant food chains ever. This specific Burger King section, and redwood City in Camino real got my mother's or so wrong, as well as our drinks that instead of giving what she asked, which is the Chicken King sandwich, they gave her the big fish sandwich. Somebody in there, isn't doing their job correctly well. And this is messed up because, when we were about to check it see if our orders okay, we weren't able to because of the co-workers in there giving us attitude. Specifically the old young lady at the drive-thru, who seems like she was having an off day and it doesn't care about customers satisfaction guarantee. Even though it's supposed to be that the customer is always right, you really got to hate how some of the co-workers treat the customers. Overall it ain't right, and instead of hiring desperate people. They should hire people who are more than willing to get working because at least those people cares a lot about their jobs. I am never ever ever going back there again.
I ordered breakfast and everything seemed fine at first, but then this employee name BRENDA started having an attitude when I asked for ketchup and a straw. She was about to give me my order but becuz I took the straw out of the bag 1st, she took my order back and left it on the inside counter. I'm like, Wth is your problem?! She ignored me for 2 minutes and then gave me my order so I could leave. After I had asked for her name, she asked for mine sarcastically. A very rude and crude employee I hope something is done about her her attitude and lousy customer service.
Typical of many fast-food joints during COVID-19, it was obvious the restaurant was very short-handed. Instead of making breakfast order through the intercom, I was told to drive to window to place my order. It was nearly 5 minutes before I got my simple breakfast sandwich with coffee combo. No problems with my order otherwise and the food was satisfying at 7:30 in the morning.
Ordered the chicken sandwich #7 ...its supposed to be fried chicken sandwich ... but it looked grilled? But in the website nothing shows up as grilled? Went straight to the trash ... it was a drive thru Order
They didn’t want to take my order. I stood at the counter for 10 minutes while the staff ignored me and served drive through. I’m never coming back
Great tasting and thoroughly cookedfood with very fast service. What all fast foods yearn to be but aren't. I'll go here a lot.
This Burger King never has the advertised specials. Went specifically to get the 2 for $6 special and was told that they aren't participating in the deal.......?!

Maria without question is the nicest and most genuine cashier and adds to the guest experience. The order is always correct and she's the perfect ambassador.Other times of day with lack of masks and questionable hygiene standards the operation can feel shady!
On the internet stand open and the employees lock the place, They only take orders by drive through and they have a huge line. Bad service, 30-40 minutes waiting in line.
