Really happy this place is still around! It's a Redwood City miracle (they were supposed to close January of 2020 ?). The food ALWAYS hits the spot. An easy friend and family favorite.I stopped in today for the first time in 2+ years and the owner Carlos remembered me! Mask on and everything. These are the types of places I look forward to eating at when I visit home :)
Very good Chile rellenos and enchiladas. Guacamole doesn’t taste like avocados… kinda pasty green sauce. Friendly service.
Small mom and pop shop with great authentic flavors specially the nachos dipped in bean sauce. Staff was exceptional, will definitely go again.
I am a huge fan of Bravo! They have delicious food and top notch service where you feel like you’re part of the family. There is a seating area in the back that provides a nice garden oasis in the summer. Good drink selection if you’re thirsty. A true neighborhood gem.
Simply the best burrito in the area. The Mexican ladies that cook the food are the best. Authentic and delicious Mexican food
Awesome food, with the right amount of seasoning, marinade!! Tender al pastor wet burrito, combo plate to perfection with an ice cold cerveza on the back patio!!
Shrimp burrito, so delicious. Service and the food is great
To the owner, I get it, we all have bad days. I really enjoyed your shredded beef last time, you happily obliged by giving me a takeaway container.Today I wanted to have it again, along with the pork. And you got upset and asked how you are going to charge, when you came up with 17.00 dollars, I understood why. Prices have gone up, logistics have gone up, its not your fault or mine, but I passed on the price and opted for just the beef. You seemed even more annoyed, granted I was the only one in the restaurant, you just didn't seem like you wanted to serve me or understood certain dietary issues. I also understand you don't have plates on the menu, I shouldn't assume you could accommodate.Your shredded beef was awesome the last time I had it on its own, but this time around you made seem like it was more of a hassle to you to sell me just the beef again.I just didn't feel very welcome, but I don't want to discourage others from coming here. The food is fresh and now more than ever, mom and pop businesses need our support. If the owner is having a bad day, he shouldn't take it out on his customers who want to support his business, regardless of what they order.
