The way way the owner or manager treats employees is not okay.
I used to support this establishment but no longer go to the store after learning about how the employees are treated here. The managers threaten their employees with the tip jar whenever they get upset or find any minor issue with their employees. If you drop your ice cream don't bother asking for a new one, the managers forbid it. The behavior of these managers is cruel and they should not intimidate their employees by threatening to take away their tips. Find a different Baskin Robbins where the employees are treated better.
Ice cream is fine. The owners take away the employees tips?? Saw an older lady walk in, and literally take money out of the employee tip jar(which is completely illegal btw). Not okay all, would recommend everyone to go to El Camino Baskin Robbins instead.

I have loved this place since I was a 3rd grader. My visit today was just as fun as it was when I was a kid! The staff is kind and patient. The treats are cold and delectible. At least 28 years of excellence. Probably more but I'm not old enough to remember ?
