They close at 830 according to their website their door says 9:00 but they're closed and it's 8:15 yeah I get it you want to go home but it's not time to close SMH!!
Inconsistent closing hours. They will be closed even though the time on their doors says they should be open. The owner gives very small scoops
They used to close at 10 p.m. Tonight I got there at 8:10 p.m. and the gal working said the ice cream is closed but the subway open. I looked it up and they close at 8:30. 8:10 is NOT the new 8:30.
Stale waffle cones and they close 11 min early! Take your service elsewhere

Baskin robins / togos. Worst one of these chains that I've been to in some time. My friend got a milkshake, the milkshake machine was broken so they made a ice cream mixed up a little bit. Got 2 sandwiches, the pretzelrami, got home it was a bacon chicken sandwich on a pretzel bun... Didn't even know they made that. The girl even repeated the order back to me several times, still got it wrong. We also got the 32 I think it was, pastrami pepperchinis and 1000 island dressing, the pastrami was gross.. Rubber at best, I noticed they take the pastrami out of the cooler heat the entire container in the microwave(? Didn't catch how they heat it) use some meat then stick the container back in the cooler.... I can only imagine how chef ramsay would have a field day with this place... The sourdough bread I had the sandwich on, after taking the rubber nasty tasting meat out of the sandwich was good.. I was hungry!

A solid Baskin Robin's. Service was fine and friendly. Decor was typical, located in a busy area makes it accessible. prices are reasonable. I reccomend it!Traveler and Adventurer - IG @brian.dent

Horrible experience!Ordered an ice cream cake, picked out a birthday design and I show up for pick and two young ladies are helping me out (very rude, eyes rolling, sighs) because I’m upset that my cake had a completely different design and didn’t even say “Happy Birthday” and added a weird toy on top just for the heck of it. I would normally say that I would never be back, but then I had another staff member help me her name was Celina. Wonderful young lady. Very respectful and provided great service and she tried to make things right. Because of her, I will be back with the kids for some ice cream. Thanks Celina!!! You’re the Best :)
