This Aria is located at the DoorDash Kitchens, so you place your order online on DoorDash, and pick up your order at the door. I think there's a limited number of people actually working to hand orders out, but that's a DoorDash thing, not an Aria thing.I ordered food for pickup on a Friday evening (~6pm), and the food was ready pretty quickly (15mins). I ordered the Family Bundle (Combo A), which included Korean Fried Chicken with Garlic Soy (10 pieces), Gangjung Fried Chicken with Sweet and Spicy (10 pieces), and an order of Bulgogi Kimbap. I also got the Bulgogi Fries and the Mandu Ganjung with the Garlic Soy glaze.I'd say the Garlic Soy Mandu Ganjung was amazing 10/10, would order again, and probably a double order next time. ? KFC and GJ Fried Chicken were both also pretty good - note it's all meat, no bones! I have no problem with that actually, just was surprised cause I thought it would be like wings/drums. The chicken was nice and juicy and the different sauces paired well with it. My personal favorite is the Garlic Soy sauce, but the Green sauce was also a hit. The Bulgogi Fries and Bulgogi Kimbap were just okay for me.
Very delicious food. Sweet and spicy glaze is wonderful. The taco sampler is my go-to comfort delivery food.
My fiance and I came from out of town and we found this place had a good review and may I just say I totally agree. This place is tasty and delicious food.
Awesome to get this sf restaurant on the peninsula. Always get the glazed fried chicken - sweet and spicy.
Can't get enough of Aria. super unique spin on fried chicken that I think anyone would love.

Both times I've ordered from this place I have NOT received what I ordered. There is no option about substitutions that says no substitutes or that things will automatically be substituted. We were not contacted by the restaurant to let us know that what we wanted was out. Both times I have ordered I wanted the GARLIC SOY chicken but I Received the sweet and spicy which is pretty much all sweet and barley a hint of spicy.The only reason there are 2 stars is because the chicken is good. Sadly we won't be ordering from here again.
Ordered the 10pcs Glazed Fried Chicken and Bulgogi Fries on Doordash for delivery.The glazed fried chicken was ordered with he sweet & spicy sauce but it was not very spicy and too sweet. There was also a bit too much glaze combined with the delivery time make the skin soggy rather than nice and crispy.The bulgogi fries however I can highly recommend. Super delicious sauce, nice pieces of shredded beef and there’s a decent amount of it. Good combination, not overly sauced and it wasn’t ideal with delivery but fries were still tasty.
This one time I was driving one handed, kinda reckless because I had one bite of the chicken taco (spicy & sweet one I think) in the parking lot and then I couldn't put it down.Tbh, I was in a rush and so I thought 'order tacos from DoorDash, that's always quick and easy to make". An order of 2 tacos took about 30 minutes lol. So prepared for food to take a bit, it was pretty busy with just walk ins and T4 in-between.Good stuff tho.
