Decided to give it a try, was super excited to try it out, finally got the chance to go, worst mistake ever. This is the first review ive ever done. I usually just hold my tongue pay and never look back, but not today.. ordered bbq chicken pizza for a really high price, linguine pesto pasta for about 20 bucks 2 mini cheese pizzas for my kids, drinks and the oven roasted lemon pepper wings which was the reason i really wanted to go. I usually dont care about the price, but the food wasnt worth the really high price. The food was overfilled with i think was parsley except for the cheese pizza. The linguine was drowned in oil, wings didnt taste like anything but overall the food was super unsatisfying, i was really hoping to enjoy the food, unfortunately we didnt even finish what we ordered, we decided to leave, went to go pay and was really shocked when they told me what my total was. 122 bucks and some change!! I dont think ill be coming here again..
This review it’s for the Redwood Shores location. Pizza was good here. Thin but generous slices. Salads were very generous also. I noticed they have about 7 or 8 brick ovens in here with a busy staff in the kitchen area. There is inside and outside sitting areas. Ingredients were ok. My only observation was the waitresses and waiters are young and felt like they need a little more training or more experienced. I am not saying they did terrible because they didn’t they just need to describe dishes from the menu a little more to help some customers decide. Our waitress was very attentive, super nice and worked hard to pleased us, she didn’t make us feel uncomfortable or unwelcome. I will be back and enjoy a good pizza here.
Absolutely amazing food id give it 100 stars if I could also staff was very nice will be back forsure
Legit pizza experience! We came there Sunday night and had no problems with the place to seat. Servers were very friendly (big part of their stuff is Brazilian:)and our order came fast. I had kale and sausage small one and my husband One step beyond. We both were more than satisfied by the crust and the fillings of our pies. My pizza was perfect spice and pine nuts were an interesting detail about it. Probably I’d add there olives and cherry tomatoes to make it even more exciting(:Overall can tell that Amichi is one of the places where I’d like to come back

We came for a pickup, but my 3yo daughter was hungry so we sat at a table inside the restaurant and asked them to serve us instead of packing the food. Unfortunately they did not even serve us water and plates, as we had already paid the bill for the packed order. I would have been glad to pay any extra service charge and left a good gratuity had they atleast asked us for water. The pizza was good but the service is not what I would expect from a decent place.EDIT : The Owner personally contacted us over email after this incident and assured us of better service next time.
I had two totally different dine-in and takeout experiences at this Amici's.Dining in was a 5-star experience. Service was great. Food was excellent. My favorite included the breadsticks, Linguine with (white) Clam Sauce, and Lemon Chicken Wings. The Orecchiette was a bit spicy, but was delicious. The takeout experience was terrible, 1 star. The Lemon Chicken Wings were half-burnt. The Garlic Breadsticks had no garlic taste whatsoever, and was burnt as well. I expected some instructions on heating up the Half-baked pizza; and I looked for the instructions on all sides of the box but found none. The soup and meatballs were just mediocre. The only thing I liked about the takeout is that there were safety seals on some of the boxes.Would recommend eating in only.
I put an order on the phone for delivery and it arrived after 2 hours. The girl on the phone took my address wrong which I corrected couple of times while talking to her and she still got it wrong!! She said it'll be 45 minutes, I've waited for an hour and called back to see the status of it and she said "oh yeah driver couldn't find the address. It is 2018 right?" Great! I said "it is 3018 not 2018 many times and you're still saying the wrong number. Why not calling me if the driver couldn't find the address and get it right? Anyways its been a very frustrating experience. I won't order it again from this location .
As someone from NY this is not an "east coast" pizzeria by any means. Just trying to call in a pizza for delivery takes 10 minutes. Then get this, they wanna charge $30+ for a pizza with meatball as a topping.... that's insane. I've had just the regular cheese before and it was ok but to pay that much for ok pizza is ridiculous. Not east coast at all. Anyone who says "this pizza is the best" hasn't had pizza from the east coast.
Amazing and delicious!! I got the Trentino Pizza and salad and their bomb-a** lemon BBQ wings. I have no complaint. All was fantastic! I went in for pick-up and the young men there were very friendly and professional. I'll be back but next time to dine in. They have a HYUGE outdoor seating area. I can see me drinking a beer or cocktail there. Well done!
