This is in hopes that the manager or the franchise owner sees this message and fixes the tart flavor machine because it’s always broken. We spoke to one of the team members and they had mentioned that the owner manager does not want to replace the machine it’s hurting your business badly and every other location literally sells out of it all the time. We were coming in here weekly but because the tart machine is always broken it’s really hurting your business because we do not want to come in there anymore if you guys cannot fix the machine. Every week there’s an issue with the tart machine. Please replaceThe machine because your attempts to fix and remedy the issue have not worked. We would like to continue to give you our business but if not we will continue to give our business to the small businesses instead.
The flavors are good but rude service. The guy working there was rude about the mask and kept annoying us about it. I didn’t want to buy anything and I walked out.

Came here after an orthodontist appointment 15 minutes before it was opened. Someone was in there. Come back when it opened and door is still locked. Knocked many times and called twice. Someone is not doing their job. Very disappointing.
