I LOVE this place and come here frequently. My friend Alex, has never been here before, was not so pleased he had to wait 24 minutes for his burger. But THEN he ATE his Charlotte burger and LOVED IT!!5 STARS!!
Next to our motel, there was this wonderful restaurant. We went into it based on reviews from this site and were not mistaken. Service at the highest level, the waiters and the manager courted all the visitors throughout the evening, but did not bother. They took pasta, caesar and steak. Everything is very tasty and the portions are just huge, if you do not eat a lot, you can safely take 1 dish for two. I advise this place, but keep in mind that there are usually a lot of people and free tables will have to wait.
Don't let the outside fool you. That food is great. There's no place to eat inside so they have benches outside. They always have people waiting to get food. You can call your order in, the menu is online. They have the best burgers.
This a takeout place but there are some picnic tables out by the parking lot. Order inside and wait outside for it. I ordered a classic with truffle fries. The burger was a little over cooked but nice and juicy. It had great fresh flavor. The fries weren’t as good as I’ve had elsewhere. A lot of parm cheese but the truffle flavor just wasn’t there. The prices are pretty reasonable. I’ll be back for a burger but I’ll skip the fries next time.
A gem was found in this "hole in the wall" joint. Found in the back of a liquor store this place serves some very top notch burgers.All burgers come with a soft brioche bun cooked medium rare - medium and topped with a myriad of topping. The burgers were juicy and well seasoned.
Great little spot inside of the liquor/convenience store. Keep your eyes open or you'll miss it the first time you drive by. Great burger and sweet potato fries.
Staff is rude. Food is expensive and mediocre. First visit took over an hour for a burger and fries. Wasn't that busy, they were just unorganized. Second visit 3 months later, wasn't busy, food didn't take too long but staff seemed so unhappy. What a downer this place is.
Burger on the thicker side, which isn't my preference. I like smash style more. Got the Classic burger w egg and bacon added. Was reasonably expensive. The fries need a smaller size. $5 for regular fries is a lot of money and they were way too big for 1 person. They were absolutely excellent fries though. Whole meal was over $20 which is a fair bit for a place where you gotta eat outside in a car park or take away.
As far as my research has shown, this is the best burger in the South Bay. I love that it’s in a convenience store too - can get some candy while I’m waiting for my burger. Call ahead to order
