Save room for the cheesecake, after all.
We arrived for late lunch on Cinco de Mayo, (my first time) 'cause my partner was telling me that we should visit one Cheesecake Factory. From the reception, to leaving the restaurant, evert little thing was amazing. Ms. Nicole seated us and was very friendly and welcoming and she also came by to check on how we were doing and chatted with us a bit, which we *really* enjoyed. We were served by Monica, and she was also super friendly and welcoming, she ended up giving us the best recommendation as to what we should eat, 'cause we went with her choice, and it was amazing. We chatted a bit with her, which was also nice and she would come up to us and check how we were doing. Oh and before I end this, if you haven't visited a Cheesecake Factory before, please do, just the starter bread with butter alone was - and I am not kidding - TO DIE FOR. We ordered the bread two times and got more than enough butter to go with it! The staff, in combination with the food and drinks made this one of my best experiences visiting a restaurant *ever*. You just feel like you are family. So we thank you for that!
The servers were overwhelmed with work. But the lady was working working working. Got to everyone with great speed. No mistakes. Nice attitude! We had everything we needed and had time to explain options. I would give this place 10 stars if I could. But they simply need more people.
Always a great experience going to the Cheesecake Factory. Was smart and made a reservation this time and was seated almost immediately on a Saturday afternoon. Quick and efficient service and always scenery looking out on the water.
I must say for the home cooks, home cooked is better. But the food is still good, better than average and I would come here again for the experience and to enjoy the sunset. I had the meatloaf with mashed potatoes and corn. Pretty good with the gravy. The break is super delicious with butter. I'm a bread and butter lover, the bread was hot making it extra good. Everyone enjoyed their food, great service and attention by the staff.
The food was excellent and the server was Ah-Maz-Zing!! Devin was absolutely fabulous! The next time I visit the cheesecake factory, I will definitely be asking for him! Do yourself a favor and visit this location, it's a whole vibe! The scenery is beautiful.
Great happy hour. But not on the weekends. Friendly staff, reasonable prices, easy to get in if you don't go at peak times.
Hubby had Filet Mignon and I had Bang Bang Chicken & Shrimp. It was freaking delicious!! I don't think I have ever tasted anything so yummy.
Always enjoy going to this Cheesecake Factory location. Great customer service, yummy adult beverages, food and desserts. The ambiance is a bonus!
This was the worst, I ordered a salad and found an insect. The manager said it was a mushroom, knowing my salad did not come with any mushroom. Cross contamination, she said her self. I was disgusted, the manager did offer me another plate "pasta", at this time I was so disgusted ?. I couldn't even eat. Don't get me wrong, I just to like the restaurant. Not anymore, please let me know your thoughts on this.
