This Taco Bell has a poorly positioned drive-thru exit that comes out at the corner of a busy intersection making leaving difficult. This causes the drive-thru to back up leading to long wait times.On my last visit, after a long wait, the order taker asked what I wanted. I started my order then saw the screen pop up with the total for someone else's order. After being 1/2 done, the order taker asked me to start over. I finished the order and she asked me to repeat most of the order for a 3rd time.When I got to the window, the cashier told me the total and I handed him my debit card. He took it, turned to the register, then turned back and said "We are cash only at this time." Number 1: tell people BEFORE they order that it is cash only. Number 2: Don't take someone's card, look at it like you didn't realize it was cash then tell the customer you can't take it.After a wasted 20 minutes, I left with no food. Save yourself and find another place to go.
While visiting Redondo Beach Taco Bell early Sunday morning, Christian, the employee working there was very friendly, courteous, and very respectful. Although it seemed like he was the only one there, he was able to take my order, prepare it, and serve it very quickly. OUTSTANDING EMPLOYEE.I've always been treated really well at this particular Taco Bell.
wanted to try the nacho fries w some friends, instead of 3 fries i got 3 chilupas and pulled away before i noticed. had to come back and wait in 20 min line, which was frustrating, but the late night manager on duty was apologetic and great. he gave us some extra fries and coupons for next time. i was pretty unhappy initially but he made it better. fries were pretty good too. thank you
This is the absolute worst taco bell I have ever been to. Every single time I have ordered Uber Eats from there, they have never given me a single sauce I asked for. That is absolutely beyond ridiculous how I ask for sauces and they don't give me one. Not one. Absolutely the worst fast food place I have ever been to. I hope no one ever goes here and they go out of business. If I could give zero stars I would. Absolute worst place ever.
Clean. Ordered received fast. Dining allowed. A several parking space available in this restaurant!
I liked self order kiosk inside. You can add or delete pretty much any ingredient they have to any order. I'm sure you can verbally order that way also but to have all the options right there on screen was great. Although it took us about 20 min to finish our order!
Food is standard Taco Bell. My problem is that they have cancelled my online orders 10+ times over the past year. I didnt want to bring this up because i figured it was a technical issue, but honestly I'm not sure anymore. If you want a Taco Bell but dont feel like driving, don't order from this one. Any of the other Taco Bells in this area is a better choice. Also, they never have Fire or Diablo sauce.
Not a good experience with this Taco Bell. 9:30 PM at night and I was hungry . In the drive-through the gentleman said I could not order they were only accepting call in orders and people driving for grubhub etcetera. I will not return.
There was a Spanish soaking customer asking if cashier speaks spanish..she answered so rude add if he had a disease!!! Funny how these kids don't know how much more pay they get to speak more than one language. I speak 4 and I'm humble. Kids are do rude nowadays!!!
The line was really long, but I'm sure they were short staffed. Thank you for keeping us fed during a pandemic, yall deserve raises
