Service was wonderful. Unfortunately the wheat bread contains seeds (I didn't know). I have Diverticulitis & seeds can cause bad flare ups. Need signs notifying of seeds, please!

I came here to redeem my birthday reward of a free cookie. When I got to the counter, they told me to redeem it from the app. But then the app charged me for the cookie and didn’t use the reward redemption.I chose the raspberry cheesecake cookie because I’ve never tried it before. AVOID! Go 7 blocks East and be happier.The Mgr here is nasty, w/ a bad attitude. They forget toppings. Skimpy servings/portions. THEY NEVER GIVE YOU YOUR REWARDS, BONUSES OR FREE UPGRADES, EVEN WHEN YOU TELL THEM TO! I hate having to print my Subway rewards emails & try to force to get them to apply what I'm promised. (Do they pay for those rewards? Sure seems like it.) Corporate doesn't care no matter how hard you try to get through.So, I now just drive 7 more blocks East to 4501 Artesia Blvd #101, Lawndale, and avoid the frustration. :)
EXTREMELY POOR customer service. They messed up my order and when I called in they said that they didn't mess up, but clearly my subs were missing vegetables and wasn't toasted as I said on my online order. Do not come here.

5 Stars for Bertha and Fatima that came thru with excellent service! They were able to take my order for 40 sandwich meal boxes and deliver them with short notice. It was a difficult time for me and my family and Fatima personally delivered the meal boxes to the cemetery since we could not meet at a restaurant after my brothers burial. Thank You, Thank You for doing this for us!!! It was one less thing to stress about. Blessings :)
Great location. Clean and co-vid 19 safe. Staff is friendly and attentive. Very welcoming when you walk through the door, helpful while assisting you, and friendly. If you are in the area and want to eat fresh stop here.
I give this subway Five stars in every category.... From the moment you walk in the door they acknowledge you and greet yo, if u go there in A.M Bertha will be there to give you the best customer service. Lupe as well.If you go there in the evenings then Felix will be there to make you the best sandwich ever. He's courteous and prompt. Fatima as well, shes always so pleasant and very polite. That's why I only come to this subway no matter where I am. Never disappoints.
