Almost every time I come here some customer is being a dog (or two!) into the cafe. I’ve even seen dogs licking the counter and employees say nothing. Get dogs out of places that serve food - it’s federal law!
I can't wear a mask due to personal health problem and this morning ( been here many times with no mask and was helped) this employee refuse to help me because I wasn't wearing one ( I never feel like explaining myself or disclose my personal reason). Stop it. I went to the one in hermosa and no issues there.
Starbucks Artesia. I really dislike this store. The fake enthusiasm makes me cringe and their process for getting simple drinks to customers is agonizingly slow
Very disappointed no pastries it was very cold that day and I decided to invite my cleaning crew for a coffee and when I ask to one of the employees for help with pastries the reply was we are out of them and we don't know when we will have anymore ?
This place rocks and so do the staff. Busy starbucks store but the staff there go the extra mile to welcome you and drinks out as fast as possible.

This Starbucks has been my go to for the past 7 years! The employees are all so nice and most of them know me and my friends well. Definitely a good place, although there is limited seating
Sweet people, good service, but there's no drive through and very limited parking. I would recommend putting in an online order and pull up right in front of the building to run in quickly.
Disappointed in the way the guy passing on the mobile orders handled my order today. My order was ready when I got there, and I could see it on the counter in front of him, but he would not even acknowledge that I was standing there, and kept giving orders to other customers coming up instead of asking me for the name of my order. When I finally gave him the name, he told me that they are still working on the order, and have two more drinks coming, which was not true. My wife made the order, so I was not sure how many drinks she ordered, so I waited. 5 minutes later I talk to him again, and again tell him my wife's name, and then he tells me that he confused my wife's name with another name, and that my order was ready all along. Just annoying.
Nice little Starbucks. Always busy so I recommend ordering ahead.
