This is the worst starbucks , probably in all Los Angeles County. Waited 20 minutes for 1 drink , and when it finally was out , it was completely wrong. It took 10 minutes for any employee to acknowledge us. They are only focused on drive thru orders. We probably saw 10 - 15 cars get served before we did. DONT GO HERE!

They is no Starbucks on Hawthorne Blvd and Artesia Blvd. They move it behind Walgreens with a drive thru.
It's a Starbucks, and we all know what a Starbucks looks like, considering how ubiquitous the franchise is.However, in this particular Starbucks you will find two baristas who stand out. Lindsey and Joe are amazing in their role, and should be recognized as such.I study here almost daily, and their friendliness and service makes this particular Starbucks stand out.EDIT: Not rescinding my original 5 star rating or what I said about Joe and Lindsey, but the a.m. crew this morning (11/26) not as nearly as keen or as professional as I've experienced in recent weeks. Drink was wrong and the crew seems a little less caring than I previously experienced.EDIT: In-store service is taking a pretty quick nosedive. At this point, I'm considering to just return to Panera Bread. All of a block further, but their service hasn't diminished over the years, whereas the service here at Starbucks diminished inside of a week. The customer courtesy and consideration In originally experienced seems to have ceased.

I just love the smell of the coffee. This is a great place to have coffee and dessert or snack. Cozy atmosphere. The Customer Service Rep explained I would have to wait on fresh coffee. I didn't mind at all. The establishment was clean customer service rep was friendly and helpful. I was surprised that they now add the sugar and cream to your coffee for you since the Pandemic. I walked in this time.
There is no longer a Starbucks here. I'm giving it a 5 stars because it was a really nice Starbucks: the customer service was good and the store was clean. Even though the Starbucks is no longer here, the good memories I shared here with my ex boyfriend will forever live in my heart.
