The store manager in charge of the Starbucks Starbucks doesn't know how to take care of a customer after she makes a mistake ink and then her staff staff also oh followed suit with her and was staring at me like he was trying to have an eye contest. I don't appreciate the service and I have complained to the store manager of the Vaughn's since of the vons since the Starbucks is inside it. I really do hope that Amanda takes care of those people and lets them know they need to work on their customer service..

Great service and all the new cups for release day were here and it was after 10am. Love it!
I am not a starbucks person, but my sister always buy her, and our mother coffee there.

When I walked in , I greeted the manager with a smile. She bluntly ignored me. Twice. I don’t know about you but for management that’s straight up rude . I feel bad for their employees . The cashier in the front was nice. But I didn’t enjoy being disrespected as a customer.
Let me start by saying, there was only my wife and I and one person behind us... so it was not busy.Drinks here were not very good taste wise. Like they were watered down and foamy... no substance.Wife and I ordered a caramel ribbon crunch and a mocha cookie crumble (I think thats what it was called). Both seasonal Frappuccino's.Neither was any good at all. Service was subpar. Both drinks had caramel and chocolate dripping down the outside and the server couldn't care less. I asked her for napkins to clean both up and she grumbled and handed me ONE napkin. ALL Starbucks I've been to clean your cups before handing them over.Both were placed on the counter without straws. She also grumbled when asked for two straws. Also she never gave me my receipt (I also forgot to ask for it though).I'll never order here again!!
