I first time visit. There was no other person in the store. I had to wait to place my order while they were filling take out orders.Burger and fries were very salty, the bun wassoggy, and looked and tasted stale. Overpriced! Will not be returning.
Usually good burgers here but the last one I ordered had bits of burnt meat and an overload of salt, like the grill needed cleaning. Disappointed.
The Truffle Mushroom Burger was decent but I'm offended by the fries that they tried to serve me. Literally dripping wet in cold vegetable oil. I asked the server if they were supposed to be that way and agreed with me that they were not. Well then why were they served that way?!
I had a good experience with the employees but the manager needs to be respectful to everyone who walking in no matter who they are. I went and couldn’t sit down because the manager didn’t like high schoolers so had to leave and eat somewhere else. Which is dumb because we are paying customers. And this only happened at this location.
Really bad customer service…the lady on the cashier is very rude and asking some people for vaccinations card while the city allowed to to dine in without a mask ….he attitude is very bad …. The classic burger was good …the chicken was a little dry .Go to any another brunch
Took 25 mins to get smash fries. When I asked why it took so long they didn’t respond. Went back to get fries 4 days later and the manager responded as if she did something to my food. Be careful! Asian manager is not professional.
The food the food was good except for the fact that the burger I was supposed to get I didn't get they messed up the order so I didn't get the right pressure but it was okay as I said the burger I was supposed to get I tasted someone else's it was awesome but it wasn't the one I got maybe they were just busy
To start the food was really good but the staff definitely could be friendlier my hostess could not give me a grand total on my water she couldn't figure out how to use a cash register correctly
More like TRASH burger. Worst burger I've had in years. It was basically a ball of meat and salt. Didn't taste fresh at all, rather recently thawed and boiled before cooking. Bun was a major disappointment. Burger fries and a shake took well over 33 minutes to make, but there were only two other customers. Staff were rude from start to finish. Store was so completely dirty that I had to ask for a table to be wiped down, which was done so reluctantly. Food runner was eating when I entered the store and didn't wash his hands before returning to work, wearing a mask below his nose. When the meal finally got to me, I took ONE bite and spit it out due to how much salt it had. Asked for my money back and was given a horrible attitude by the manager who initially said she wouldn't refund me but make it again. I declined that and demanded my money back. Got in the car and drove 10 minutes to the nearest In n Out.
Waiting 30 minutes to get a burger and fries on my dinner break, this mean manager named endang tried to deny me a refund several times when I asked for one as I had to get back to work. I wasted my break so you dont have to.
