Though the food is acceptable, for the price you don't get your value. My colleagues and I spend over $350, the service involved me having to find our waiter whenever I wanted something like tap water, the dishes took on the scale of 15-20m each (for the all you can eat Brazilian experience). and are all overcooked. Ordering rare resulted in medium well. I'm not one that complains usually but luckily this restaurant is not a unique concept. If you're looking for a superior experience for the same price but with better food and better service, check out fogo de Chao. The waiters exist, the buffet is large, the chairs are comfy. The only thing you miss is the oceanside aura (which is obstructed by a concrete wall)

We found this place on groupon ....so we figured we'll check it out ...Due to the pandemic... they have changed the way that they bring the food out to you...with your safety in mind....which is a good thing ....however the meats are really...really good... everything has been marinated.... very tasteful... if you're a meat connoisseur.... this is a place to go.... you can try out all different types of Brazilian styles cooked marinade meats.... oh my God very good ...the waiters are very nice and accommodating and the owner greet you and it's so pleasant .....very pleasant in all ..it was a very good experience ... I will definitely be going back to this place soon. .. With my family... loved it

POOR MANAGEMENT. Arrived at 120pm for a brunch reservation on a Sunday (today 4/3). Four of us arrived and we were declined seating until the remaining party arrived. Instead of challenging the waitress, IN FULL understanding of the BS we decided to enjoy the music, dance and sing to the rhythm, while I also walked the restaurant which was VERY empty, VERY EMPTY yet refused to seat our reservation seating. Our (respectful) joy and laughter was not indicative of the restaurant's EMPTY ambiance (* the hostess was irritated) therefore we were then seated, and provided water, with no option of wine, mimosas, etc. The waters were dropped off and waiter expeditiously walked off. Brunch ends at 3pm for this establishment, and at 230 there is an influx of service to order meats, mimosas etc. for our table. The buffet itself does NOT include meats, only potato salad style side dishes and breads. Otherwise all meats must be requested from the host/waiter. Dont waste your dollars here! I will say Eli (waiter) was the best part of this unpleasant experience, but he neglected our table for over 30 min with no coverage. This place definitely needs better management. HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU DO NOT SPEND YOUR $$

I have been a loyal customer of Samba since 2013. My husband & I used to dine here all the time before the pandemic. We came here tonight, it was our first time back since December 2019. The service is not what it used to be, and I believe the new ownership is to blame. It took forever to get our meats & drinks. The salad bar was messy and underwhelming. There were only 2 Samba girls dancing (when there used to be 6-8 girls) and we were automatically charged a $5 show fee (per person). There was never a show fee before. The restaurant was only half empty, but they were understaffed and it took forever to get a staff members attention. Also, they did not honor our Groupon because it was not purchased 4 hrs before seating. This was also new. We used to always use Groupon deals at Samba, with no problem. Then they charged a mandatory 18% gratuity fee to our total bill (their were only 2 people in our party). We waited hours for all our meats to come and they sat us next to a massive party with loud screaming kids. This was not the romantic dinner we were hoping for. I gave 2 stars because the meat was still very good. That was the only good experience. But it was not worth the hundreds of dollars that we paid for the dinner. My husband & I both agreed that we will NOT be back. We left feeling disappointed and taken advantage of.

this place is not what it was before, the food was bad I got a Groupon I really don't know why are they still selling them when their food I so bad . not only that the manager wanted me to pay 25 dlls tip for 2 people , ans like I told him am going to pay what I think Is fair for the service. he followed me to my truck and threatened me to call the cops because I didn't want to tip 25 dlls. he also shouted racial comments like it had to be Latinos. who don't pay , I paid for very thing I consumed and let the tip I thought was fair. this owner need to understand is not a law to tip . overall don't ever want to go there again ever . horrible experience

It was my second visit and I had good experience with the foods, environment and the service. Last time I visited on Saturday evening back in Oct 2021. They had a Samba dance by two pretty ladies. This time I visit at the same time in Jan 01, 2022, I didn’t see the show no more. They serve all you can eat bbq or you can order meal that is not all you can eat. The BBQ for the all you can eat, it comes out in a big wood board and it has several types of beef with different flavor, chicken, and garlic bread. There is salad bar which you can serve yourself. For the all you can eat price is $59.00 per person but if you buy the voucher through Groupon, you will pay only $75.00 for two people which is great deal.

Must go here if you have a great appetite. If not, better save your money because this place is expensive. Service also slow, the steaks/meat arrived a bit later. By the time they serve it, you are already full from eating the salads and other side dish. However, no doubt their food are delicious and they have nice view of the sunset.

Dinner service was incredibly slow. When I asked for my check after dinner, it took over 20 minutes to get the check. The rest of my party left the restaurant to prepare for New Years Eve. After a waiter finally took my card for payment, I still waited another 10-15 minutes for the bill to be signed. By this time the restaurant was only 10% full!

The food was great. But the man in the front desk was super rude. We walked with my husband to register and the guy was ignoring us for 10 minutes because he was talking to the phone and never said to wait or something. Then the server charged extra 27$ For wine that we never asked but we didn’t realized with my husband until days after when I asked him how much it was, we called to the restaurant and the guy was laughing at us because we were asking for our 27$ which to me is disrespectful. Terrible service. But great food… never coming coming back.
