For Mother's Day we were looking for a dog friendly restaurant in Redondo Beach. We found R/10 Social House. I was hoping for more seafood options. I settled for fish and chips and my daughter's had the fish tacos. The fish and chips were a little over cooked and very greasy. My daughters said that the fish tacos were tasty however they asked for no cilantro and they had a lot of cilantro. The girls had margaritas and they said that they were yummy. The service was not that great. The servers rarely came by to see if we needed anything and they didn't offer any water for the dogs like so many other dog friendly restaurants do. I doubt that we would return next time we're in town.
Scenic spot to grab decent bar food on the Redondo Beach Pier. They've got a solid beer and cocktail menu. We thought the sandwiches, Pulled Pork and Crispy Chicken, were good but nothing to get excited about. The ambiance of the place is a mixed bag. They have tons of Edison bulb lights but when the sun went down, it was clear that many were either off or burnt out, so they just blasted the can lights at full brightness, so not the relaxed soft lighting to set the mood. Overall, I'd rate it as ok, but it fell short of the potential, given the location.
Basic California food. Next to a parking lot. Server was sweet.
This is a great place for brunch located next to the Redondo Pier. We like the tables overlooking the marina, as there's always something interesting going on. The Breakfast Burrito is to die for and they make excellent Bloody Mary's. Nice vibe and good service.
Part of Redondo Beach pier. Parking . Outdoor seating and indoor . Bathrooms available for patrons . Greeted and seated immediately. Wait staff very friendly . At first glance , prices appeared average for the area, however not a good value for portions . The Codmother had 2.pieces of cod and fries. The Pulled pork sandwich was small , included fries also . The fries were crispy , seasoned . Both $13.00 . The Drunken Shellfish bowl $18.00 had 2 pieces of shrimp , 2 scallops and a 3 very small mussels in wine broth (tasty) with 3 pieces of French bread . The sweet chili buffalo wings, small 6 pieces $14.00 . Food was good but overpriced . Restaurant very noisy , sounds echoed . Service good , friendly , food good , too bad overpriced or portions should be a little bigger .
It's a very good location and atmosphere and services were good, but foods are OK. They're small dishes and bit pricey.
We stopped in on a cloudy colder Saturday a few weeks ago. To our surprise it was packed and full of what seemed well satisfied customers.Upon entering the staff greeted us kindly and promptly. Letting us know the wait time and seemed apologetic about it. It’s no big deal, we can wait for good food and service. There is indoor and outdoor seating. And at the time the outdoor seating was turning over a bit faster than inside. (It was cold remember). HaI started with a nice “Madeweet” Blonde Beer out Ventura, CA.I enjoyed it and it was beyond smooth. My lady ordered the “DRUNKEN' SHELLFISH” and was in heaven!I went with the “THE CODMOTHER” fish & chips and couldn’t have been happier! Nice and crispy both the Cod and the Fries.Overall we had a great experience and look forward to stopping in to explore the menu further.
Pretty proud of their restaurant. I can not review the food/drinks as they did not want a party of 10, even though they were not busy and had ample seating. They said they had reservations for all of the tables. When I walked by later, they still had ample seating for 10.
Great service & a nice meal.
Fun place, specially on a sunny Sunday afternoon with live music; Retrofit. Had the macaroni and cheese add bacon. Very good! Sunset views from the upstairs patio
