The salsa is mixed in the burrito which makes it really good. But it’s rather small- if you’re expecting to get full and you’re a big eater you may need to order two haha. The bacon burrito is $9 now.

I ran into this place exiting the bus after searching for another local place that has coffee near by, years ago... Breakfast ?'s is what they have popular as well as ☕. Next time I plan on visiting I'm ordering two breakfast burritos and a coffee, probably cold.

The burritos are good but in the last 5 times I've been, they forgot/lost my order twice. Then they'll put it in new, and serve 5 or 6 people who were in line behind me before my order comes out. It speaks for the tastiness of the burritos that I keep going back, but the service is non existent so I don't know how they feel comfortable asking for a tip before they even complete the transaction, when a lot of time they screw up. Think about this: when a customer orders a bacon breakfast burrito and you forget to make it, when you realize this you give them the next bacon burrito available instead of placing them at the back of the line. It's work, but it's not a hard job. The burritos are great tho.

Burritos are really good but every time I’ve gone here my order has been wrong. I ordered a flat white with oat milk and was given an iced latte with whole milk (after they had forgotten about it) and avocado which is an additional cost but it wasn’t in the burrito. The time before, I had ordered a cortado with oat and was given an iced latte with whole milk. If they were more consistent I’d definitely come often but kinda discouraged now.

Please do yourself a favor and eat something else. “I’d rather eat MREs” - my wife.We got a bacon breakfast burrito and a sausage breakfast burrito here to see what the hype was about, and I’ll never come back here again. It reminded us of the cafeteria “breakfast rollers” that our high school served.

The best breakfast burritos in the South Bay...maybe even all of LA. Tons of options and good coffee to go with it.

Bacon Burrito and Lavender Iced Latte were delicious! I stayed in the neighborhood and kept driving past and seeing a line outside and decided that I need to check it out. Lives up to the hype.

Phanny's is a South Bay institution (since 1982!), so it was high time we gave the famous breakfast burritos a try. Their tiny dining room is closed for COVID, so go to the PCH-facing walk-up window to place your order, then go around to the rear parking lot to pick it up when ready. The Stumptown Roasters coffee was excellent. I ordered a lavender latte with oatmilk, which was perfect for sipping while we waited for our food on this dreary fall morning. Our breakfast burritos took about 10 minutes. We had the veggie (add soy chorizo), and the carne asada, both of which come standard with eggs, crispy hash browns, cheese, and salsa. The veggie with chorizo was the clear winner for flavor, but grab some hot sauce and the beef would be solid, too. The only nit to pick was the sauteed onions were still a bit raw and overpowering. They should either cook them a minute or two longer, or cut them smaller. Otherwise, a great choice for breakfast... We'll definitely be back!

YUCK.MUCH ADIEU ABOUT NOTHING.I ordered an egg and cheese burrito, simple order. The eggs were burned to a crisp and I needed a magnifying glass to find the cheese. All the hoardes of people standing in line must know something I don't.

A South Bay classic. Buy a sausage breakfast burrito with extra salsa, walk down to the beach and enjoy your morning. I feel like Phanny’s.
