Ordered pizza and wings for pickup . Ready in 20 minutes, which was fast for a Saturday at 5:30 . 2 Large pizzas plus 3 large order of wings was more than enough for 8 people ,. Thin crust pizza , not skimpy on the toppings . Wings were good size ,the large order is 12 wings and comes with 2 sauces, ranch and buffalo. but they do not come in MilD, medium , hot sauce . It's either hot sauce or "naked" . As was told on the phone, but the hot Wings according to my guests were "normal" . We used the buffalo sauce on the naked wings , VERY GOOD , the ranch sauce actually was blue cheese ,which was good also. Came with a lot of celery . When picking up, staff were polite, efficient. Lucky for us there were 2 empty parking spots in front of the restaurant .
I love the place. That's the only place I eat pizza. Very friendly people there.
Look....I really wanted to like this place and give them a good review. And maybe it was the buildup from a couple of friends and neighbors that set my expectations a little too high. But ultimately....slow service, loose adherence to COVID-19 protocols, salads that were not just "wet"...but on the verge of being "slimy" and the best thing I can say is that the pizza was just "meh"....I just couldn't rate it any higher than this.This was the day after Christmas and maybe the stars just aligned for every aspect to fall a little short. I'm hoping that's the case and we just caught them on a bad day....but unfortunately, we were disappointed.
If you're looking for a good spot that make's good Subs this is the place. It was my first time here I ordered the Meatball sub and Chicken fingers, meatball sandwich was very good as well as the chicken fingers that come' s with buffalo sauce and blue cheese for dipping.
This place has really slipped. Sad. Soggy pizza. Gross. The business smells like a grease fire. This is after multiple visits. I loved this place for decades. No longer.
Staff is friendly! The pizza is the closest to my pizza you'll get in LA. The eggplant parm hoagie is also amazing!
We ordered food tonight from Pedone‘s the salad came wilted rotten and an edible they gave us grilled chicken instead of fried with a salad instead of a chef salad they gave us a regular salad so if you add all those things together they failed three times. I’ve been eating at the downs since I was a very young kid and this is the first time that I felt that they do not care about their customers or their product we spent $103 tonight there and they offered to give us a five dollar coupon for the next time we eat in there there will not be a next time for me they lost my business and they lost the business of several people I know now
Pizza is whatever for the price. Front of house employees couldn't bother to greet me or ask what I even wanted to order. I wish i could have just tipped the back of house staff for their efforts at least but I refuse to tip for horrible service. Missed one of my sons toppings and gave me a dirty look because I didn't tip. Never coming here again.
I love thin crust pizza and pedones does such a great job of making it! Definitely my favorite pizza spot in the South Bay
Fresh sandwiches, friendly staff, fast service. I had to downgrade the review from 5 stars because they frequently mess up orders. Not sure if it is the person taking them down or the person preparing the food, but the owner must be losing money with how frequently they throw food away because of their mistakes.
