This was the worst service we have ever had at any McDonalds in Los Angeles. After a 30 minute wait on late Saturday afternoon, my wife got two cold half-cooked Apple pies. When she asked them to put the two pies in the microwave for 20 seconds, the short Latino young guy behind the counter had a hostile and nasty attitude, and made my wife wait 15 more minutes. My wife finally asked for a refund and he gave her half of what she paid them even though she got no food. They are not only rude, but also dishonest. We have been living in the South Bay area for 29 years and we will never go back.
Quality does vary greatly per the staffing for that day. (4/2 12:00) they got my order wrong and the person in front of me as well (she was quite irate). !!Next time I will take a sip of my soda before leaving the window as they gave me diet Coke though I ordered regular Coke. Diet Coke makes me ***very ill*** including headache. Getting that wrong was a DANGEROUS MISTAKE on staff's part.The rumpled cashier's mask was ill-fitted -- (might as well remove it) and he incorrectly insisted that you can't get a medium Coke with a large meal (which I ALWAYS DO here) -- so I knew something was wrong. He must be new.This WAS my preferred McD's until now.
I want thru drive thu for two drinks. That cost 2.19. So I want to window to pay the person in the window. He said I any have 2. 30 to give you not 2. 81 . So I told him to tell a manager that you need change...he did ask for change and manager give him a few different rolls of change...
Love the service and overall, really fast. We enjoyed only breakfast and Oreo Mc Flurry, but was a great visit. Will come back for sure ?.
Manager did not know how have me pay using the App. Went down street to the Mcdonald's in Hermosa and paid for my food using the App with no problem.
My experience there was excellent the food was delicious cooked well and it tasted proper I love it when McDonald's taste the same as other McDonald's it's so delicious and yummy in my tummy but I got the food and I dined out
Not my favorites place but it does the job when you spend spontaneously for a McFix. They got cool straws right now!
I downloaded the McDonald's app and ordered my free large fries. I ordered as I was crossing the crosswalk to get to the McDonald's, but when I got there my order was not on the screen. I waited around 5 minutes, and whilst waiting I saw one of the workers push out several orders, call out "Mobile order" and then leave. He did not call out a number, nor look for the correct person to take the correct order. When I asked about mine, he said it had already been picked up. He then decided not to even apologize, but to plainly state, "to bad, next time order it when you are actually here", which takes away the whole point of mobile ordering. I understand that he may have been new, seeing as I had not seen him once in my months of coming here, but this hardly seems like the right way to opporate.
This was probably the worst McDonald's experience I've had in the past 10 years. I paid $10+ for a Crispy Chicken Sandwich and a Filet-O-Fish. After waiting a couple of minutes, I paid and then waited to move forward to pick-up my food. They didn't have it ready and asked me to park and wait while they served others their food. They actually have two parking lots for Drive-thru parking which is something of an oxymoron. In a drive-thru, patrons drive through. If this place can't create two sandwiches in 5 minutes, they can't run a drive-thru. And when I got my food, the Crispy Chicken Sandwich had two buns and a chicken patty...nothing else...just pathetic.
Rudest customer service. Google maps states store closes at 1 am. Drove in to drive thru at 12:40am. Manager saw my vehicle and did not acknowledge to let us know store was closed. Waited 10 minutes waiting for someone to take an order. Automated drive thru machine asked if we would be using the app to place our order which made the store seem as if it were open. I called store while I was in drive thru and manager did not answer, but I could see he was looking through the glass windows. As I drove off I called store once again and manager answered and was very rude. Refused to give me his name and told me he was on his way out to call back tomorrow morning to complain. He Stated store closed at 12 but online said other wise. Please update closing times online to avoid confusion. Also staff should be more respectful to customers and should advise whether the restaurant is closed or not. Rudest encounter coming from a MANAGER.
