Delicious coffee and lattes, great location on the pier, and the owners are sweet and pleasant. I live in NY but am frequently in the area and try to make it here every time I’m around.

I was dying for a good cup of coffee, and not only was this the perfect spot, but the Korean couple who own it were gracious and interesting to chat with. They are a cash-only business, but they have an ATM on site.
