The overall quality, experience, and level of service has DRASTICALLY declined. Will never go back.

I love coming here because of the view! Food does take long, however, every time I go, it's in a group (8 or more) so the wait is not bad seeing as how everyone's food comes out at the same time and HOT.
Our server Tiffany was good for her to be busy with so many other customers. Lack of servers. Cocktails were terrible did not taste like a margarita. Side order of crab legs did not taste like the seasoning I ordered. Our dishes that were done stay on the table all while we ate no one bothered to clear them. If it were just me I would have left but my guest food was better.
Our server was the greatest with an attitude of positivity.
The view is awesome! And that's about it. We pulled into the parking lot and were charged $5 (cash only) to park in a nearly empty lot. We were told to wait by the bathroom, even though the restaurant was almost empty. We asked for a table near the window, but were told that section is already closed. It was 7PM. Our server didn't write anything down, just listened to us, leaning on the other table. The food didn't taste good. At one point our server started mopping the floor right next to us. Pls change that mop. It smells. The staff couldn't wait for us to leave. I paid over $200 for a really bad dinner. But, the view is great!
Owner changed and this place turned into a different low class one! Different service, different food quality, removed crab nachos from the menu (the best appetizer and the reason I loved going there before), the oil they use to fry things is so old. Fried food aren't the best at this place. So greasy and don't taste so good! Coconut shrimp and other fried stuff seem to be bought from Costco or restaurant depot. They taste horrible!! A famous sea food restaurant like this can't be sold to a non responsible person. The new owner has turned it into a cheap place. Nothing tasted like before...
We didn't make it past the host stand. While we waited to be seated past our reservation time because he said to wait more. I sat there and read some reviews that concerned me and still waiting past our reservation time. We watch and listened to the host being mean to everyone coming in. He wasn't pleasant at all. He said he could see where he would sit us, the table was ready but we weren't seated. We could see people coming in and leaving right away. Finally while still waiting and bored reading reviews, we see that someone recently had gotten sick from the food, then another and another review saying the same thing! We immediately left (we waited 20 minutes past our reservation time anyways) Would have been better off going to Captain Kidds - better quality, nicer staff, amazing food and options!
