always good . i like the matcha drink with oat milk and occasional healthy smoothie . i appreciate the hard working high schools kids working . sometimes they are out of supplies due to supply chain issue as many others have experienced . i try to be understanding and patient

Also wish you hadn’t accepted my order on your app and charged me for an order when you’re not open.Reply to owner: I noticed you offer the same response to all the negative feedback you receive. I wanted to let you know both the options you recommend for your customers (contact us page and phone number) have not yielded any response. Maybe you want to rethink suggesting those options going forward, knowing now neither will actually do anything for your customers. Also, when calling the number google has for your store, it says the voicemail is not setup.

I have been very sick since Sunday afternoon after drinking my chocolate mood with coconut milk. I have food poisoning!!!
Usually come here for açaí bowls but wanted to try the vanilla sky bowl today. When they called my name I saw they had made me a smoothie and not a bowl. When I said something they replied with “we have two different ones for the vanilla sky” and that was not specified when I ordered. They didn’t offer to remake it even after I overheard them say to the previous customer that they always remake incorrect orders. I’m a barista so I know exactly how annoying it can be when you have to remake something but I’m kinda disappointed in the lack of communication nonetheless.
I ordered a chunky strawberry, they did not notified me neither app or store at pick up they were out of strawberries. I get home to enjoy my bowl and got with the surprise no bananas, no strawberries. I’m not ordering again from here.
