My order was made incorrectly. The order had to be redone as I waited. They did refund part of the cost.
Ordered on line. Cauliflower crust pizza was delivered cold and soggy 70 minutes after I ordered. You would think a 35.00 medium pizza would be something to remember. Not even close. I’ll never order from fresh brothers again.
They are slow and poorly managed. You've got some kid with long hair and blue nail polish standing around like he has no clue what to do instead of helping the next customer. It takes him 3 minutes to bag a salad after he said my order would be ready in 3 minutes and I left and came back. Instead of using the counter, he puts the bag on the floor! I ask the front counter girl about the pizza. She checks, comes back, and starts working without following up. I ask again and she says 15 minutes. People still pay $$$ for bad service? Why order pickup if they are constantly 30 minutes later than their estimated time? Multiple DoorDash and GrubHub drivers are standing around the store waiting. It's ridiculous.

Learned about this place about a week ago, it's definitely my new pizza spot!! Ordered carry out tonight and the computer kept acting up, but the rep was so sweet and professional about it. Besides the food being AWESOME, amazing customer service will always keep me coming back. I'll be sure to leave a big tip next time! Thank you!!
So I was in this shop today, picking up 3 salads, an order of wings and 2 large pizzas. One of the guys told the dude helping me to put everything inside of bags. He really tried to fit a large pizza into a bag ?? had me busting up and the other dude rolling his eyes in disbelief. 5 stars just for the laughs
