My family and I are always hesitant to come to this location and it always comes down to the customer service. Don’t get us wrong the food is good, but todays experience was unpleasant because of the customer service. We orders two tortas and two chicken enchiladas, they brought the two orders of enchiladas and at that time they told us that they didn’t have the bread for the tortas. They should have told us in the beginning so we would’ve ordered something else, but no. We had to wait until they made our other dishes. So half of our table had food and the other half didn’t. This is not good. And this is why we always think twice before eating at el tarasco, do better.
I love el tarasco I been eating at the Manhattan beach location my entire life for 29 years now and I recently started working in the south Redondo beach area and they are just great everything on the menu is perfect and the staff is lovely !
Food is Delicious! Chicken hard shell tacos are the brst, best beans in town,Waitress Jess is the best! very nice and fun to talk to.

asked two different workers for my pickup and both said it’s on the way. waited 20 mins and asked third guy and he said the ticket got lost or fell, hence no food was made. cancelled my order and left disappointed. this place is a joke.
STAY AWAY.....we placed our order in a timely manor, we got our order and mine was cold and i should have been a hot meal, no flavor and the order taker never returned to the table, abandoned. I told the manager and he said he would take care of our bill, when I went to pay for a crappy meal he took $2.00 off our tab, I told him he too generous with the discount for a [email protected]&^%# up meal !!!! NEVER RETURN I dont like leaving a bad review either, this place deserves it, It was not to capacity either, some empty tables

Received someone else’s order. Tried to eat and it was the greasiest most bland Mexican food either of us ever had.
Carry out this trip. Roommate consumed the Chilli Releno and sides. Very nice as it is difficult to enjoy restaurant prepared at home. Great job! Only 1 concern ? access for a person with limited mobility is a disgrace. Extreme downhill slant in parking lot with deep downhill to reach PCH, where the entrance is located. Truly not accessible for handicapped patrons.
