Worst $30 small pizza ?. Thrown in the trash. Best outcome, saved calories!!
Order #573 ordered on Jan 16 never arrived. I called the store and they said it was set on a chair outside my door. This issue is there is no chair outside me door. The employee said they would credit me I said I ordered the food over an hour ago for a reason and I wanted what I ordered. I was told it would be another 30min. So over an hour to get my food. Very disappointed ☹️ in the service.
Every pizza I have gotten from this store have been prrfect. The st was for are quick, efficent and friendly.

Pizza ? tasted amazing with garlic bread crust and I recommend the custom pizza

The occasions where my order arrives cold and it takes 1 and a half to bring it are repeated. terrible service, but this time it bothers me a lot that they could not put the meat and the ingredients I asked for, what a shame really, I do not recommend it at least I do not return I prefer to go and drive to the mountains and foothill there super recommended This cold and long waiting garbage.
First two orders this location were raw dough. Third time we picked up. They gave us wrong pizza at pickup, then had us wait an hour to give correct pizza and charged 5.50 extra with no explanation. Manager left me on hold for 5 minutes so I gave up trying to speak to them. With so many other pizza chains locally, we will not order here again. Bad quality, and worse customer service.
One time I ordered to the esplanade (0.5 miles) dude showed up an hour later and pretended nothing happened / it was a normal delivery. Pizza was cardboard lol I was sad
