First time, The roasted veggie salad and chicken sandwich were large and delicious. Lots and their menu. Breakfast menu has many options. We are outside very pleasant and great service.

Food is pretty good, but I'm sorry a dozen air fried, mediocre tater tots aren't worth a 5 bucks addition to my order. Way overpriced.

I really wanted to try this place and order one of the pastas but I called and it doesn’t come w bread and pasta w no bread really doesn’t make a lot of sense to me. I really don’t know why you would even offer pasta dishes w no bread option. Am I asking too much??

edit: adding a star for the excellent customer response (see yelp review). quick to address my feedback and try to make things right. this definitely restores my trust and i will be back again to give it another shot. thank you!---------on the surface this place seemed like a good idea. the concept is smart but the execution needs work.the food was ok, definitely good for midnight takeout. the main reason i docked stars is because the price. at midnight it doesnt register but when you look at that receipt the next day it hits you. some of the stuff we did not get to enjoy- eg the $7 lemonade was bitter (maybe bad batch?) and nocturnal chicken didnt have flavor unless dressed in bbq sauce. i also learned they have a 10% pickup discount, only after i called to give feedback- the manager on duty last night didnt mention or offer it when i picked up, which hurt my trust in them.imo they will need to improve the flavor and quality control for this price point . if mgmt is reading - consider adjust your pricing or up your quality. if you need inspo, visit rabano just a few blocks away. they mastered the local/organic/ delicious concept that you are trying to crack and are extremely affordable. this proves that the economics can make sense, and something about the cheebo operation is flawed. i know you are new, and wish you guys luck iterating until you figure things out.

I ordered online and my order was confirmed. I arrived and was told that they didn’t have any order with my name, and asked if I could wait for my order to be made. I did. They gave me the wrong food. It something I can’t eat. The fries look like microwave crinkle cut fries as well. Bad service and bad product. As a delivery driver I have have also waited extremely long times for food from this place and ended up receiving cancellations from customers, from the Long Beach location mostly but this location appears no different.
