Came in about 8:05pm . No one acknowledges us for about 5 minutes. Finally get seated. Server comes by to get drink order and a starter. Starter came out somewhat quickly. 30 minuets in , no drinks and never came back to get order. Got bus boys attention to speak with a manager. Her attitude was bad , like as if we were disturbing her. Placed an order for a pizza to go and finally got a drink to go also. Over 40 minuets in and still no pizza to go.
Will cut to the point.1. Our potato wedge appetizers came when we were already done eating.2. Our fruit bowl for the kids entrée came when we were done eating.3. We asked for no Chicken in our pasta. It was topped with Chicken.4. Our pasta sauce was straight water.Our waitress only said sorry and walked away. We waited around to speak to a manager but the staff never came back when we paid on the mobile app.The table next to us also had issues. They never got half their appetizers and their pasta was bad.Will take the extra 10 min drive next time for the Rolling Hills location.
First time eating at a CPK this location is very nice our server was the best very attentive .. i feel terrible o don't recall his name he had blond hair & glasses ??♀️ the food was great we had a cob salad and loaded pizza again i dont recall the name ..only down fall was the host they had full open side and sT us in the smallest booth table by back corner mind you im not a tiny women i like space and i like to be able to see my lap between the table and myself ..I kept seeing her seet bigger ppl in these cramped booths idk why the place wasnt that busy and there was seats all over I myself am a Bartender been a server ,buser and host there was plenty of tables to seet ppl in .. other then that everything was great!!
Speak for yoyrself bases. I had a thai crunch and got a bad stomach ache straight to the toilet. It suck i had to feel this way. The waiter didnt even ask if i needed anything untill we were finished with our ecoli meal. Not funny.not coming back to this location!
I went in and waited 5 minutes to be seated, despite there was plenty open tables. My waitress was friendly too African American People! I hadn't had my menu for long and was still looking to see what I wanted. She never checked on me and her Attitude was not what it could or should have been. I got disgusted and asked for a to go bag and she, I wouldn't return to this California Pizza Kitchen. Wasn't pleased at all with the service. When her race Mexican, came in, she was smiling and laughing with them! She Never even said Thank You! For coming in. To show her that I wasn't going to stoop to her level, I still left her a tip. I wouldn't tell a friend to come eat at this California Pizza Kitchen.
Sorry -- no food pics because we were starving and "wolfed" our lunches. LOL!But the food was awesome: The salads were fresh, crisp and delicious and my personal BBQ Chicken pizza was incredibly yummy and filling but didn't weigh me down (I'm a huge fan of their new cauliflower crust as I've found I'm gluten sensitive!). The service was quick and friendly, too. There's also plenty of parking at this location, but I advise to dine early as it's not too safe an area for late night dining; it can get a little sketchy in this tri-city part of Redondo/Torrance/,Lawndale area.
I feel disappointed prices are higher which I get it, but also the portions on food are less and I feel like the taste of their food has also changed. They can do better !
We THOROUGHLY enjoyed. The Valentine specially for 2 at the $40 price point. Service from Hazel was impeccable, food was so delish and fresh, felt like fine dining.

Polite, patient, and friendly staff. Arrived 30 minutes before closing and ended up staying about 15 after. Food was delicious. A fantastic dining experience true to the CPK brand.
