The owner should keep an eye on his employees at this location, they NEVER pick up the phone after 5pm, the other they I called at 5:20pm they left me hanging, I drove there and they were doing exactly NOTHING but talking, looks like they don’t want to get orders 1 hour before they close so they can clean and clock out early, im sorry for the owner that is loosing money because of their laziness!
The customer service is consistently speedy, awesome character, very friendly employees. I will return here again when I get nearby.
They need to have preset combos, with varios topping combos. Like strawberrry, blueberry, coconut. Or strawberry bñueberry and peanut butter! My two favorite combos... The base prices gets you granola, honey and banana and 1 mixin. Also you barely get any acai, the bowl is literally half granola. And they did not put honey on mine!!!! Morales when I have acaii bowls I enjoy every moment. I had to force myself to eat this granola with acai bowl.
The fruit was not good (I got the kiwi and lychee) and the traditional açaí was way too sweet. I got a large and only took a few bites before throwing it all away. Such a shame. Had high hopes. Service was quick and friendly though!
They are only taking orders online which is BS. They do realize we aren’t in quarantine anymore right? Won’t ever go back!
Bad service. The people who work in that place don't seem to like what they do. I spent 10 minutes waiting for someone, nobody answered and I left, I canceled the order. Stay tuned manager and owner!
AMAZING acai bowls that I highly recommend. You can order online or in the store and add toppings to any one of the variety of acai bowls.
Ordered on the the phone. When I got there, 30 minutes later, they said didn’t have it ready. No one knew where my order was, so I had to order again and wait. Went to the car to wait because I know they take a long time to make the bowls. I have been going there for the last 6 years. The staff seems like they don’t want to be there. However, lately there are a couple of new members who are way nicer, so that’s good I guess. Just take the calls seriously please, so you don’t miss orders.
No ice in your bowls or smoothies means that you get amazing tasty snacks!
