My 2 small kids purchased3 ice creams, it was windy,as they walked to car the wind dropped scoop of ice cream ? off of cone. Kids went right back in and explained the gentleman agreed to replace scoop, when the "manager" jumped in and said no! It's policy if falls outside store no replacement. My daughter is 9. I went in to speak to her she "manager" was so obnoxious,self centered & yelling her policy! She refused to give me any phone number any name of hers. She went to the back & called someone that refused to listen to me. Claim to be owner & accused me of making her employee cry. But, she didn't care upsetting my 9 yr daughter. Owner informed me she called the authorities on me for harassment. I waited no one arrived. The girl came out from back, ironic her makeup was intact, no red eyes, no swollen eyes no tear in sight. Just normal as I saw her before. ALL LIES!!! I refuse to believe that a real owner would refuse to listen to a customer & prefer a employee over the wealth of their business (doesn't make sense) bad business!
Horrible customer service never coming back to this location. The two guys working there looked like they didn’t even want to be there. I asked one of the guys a a question and responded with attitude and just walked away I felt like throwing my ice cream at him.
Awful service, careless workers. Will not be back to this location. After standing in a long line, the lady decided to help the gentleman that walked in after me first. She mentioned she didn't even see me when I was standing right in front with my son. When I mentioned I was supposed to be next, no apology. I'm done with mediocre service. I will drive the extra mile over to Coldstone Creamery which is far better!

We had a Baskin-Robbins “pint for pint” coupon for donating blood, but the store manager did not want to provide us with a free pint, without giving an explanation why other than the fact that they didn’t want to participate in this promotion. So we went to the next store and they happily offered it to us. I’m giving this Lawndale/Inglewood store a bad review for being unsupportive of a charitable organization that their own franchise is a part of. Not to mention how rude and unhelpful they were as well! Don’t recommend going to this store! There are other Baskin-Robbins stores that are more worthy of your support!
They have a wide variety of amazing flavors. I got very berry strawberry and nutty coconut and absolutely loved it!! Clean store. Good service.
Horrible customer service skills.
Very disappointed with service here. I recently ordered my son's 1st. birthday cake. Unfortunately, it was not what I expected. The cake digital photo was an even. The rectangular was not make correctly. I reached out to the store and the staff was not professional. Finally, when I spoke with the manager, Jocelyn. I was told the report would be handed over to someone else to reached out to me. Again, its now Tuesday, 3 days after athe incident. Very unprofessional.
The young lady who helped us was very nice (7/18) small place but convenient ??kids had fun with their Shark creatures ?????
