They forgot the veggie sticks, I didn't go back to correct them, people make mistakes. But just please check your bag before you leave the store. The fries were cold and seemed not fresh. The wings were hot and they were good.I am updating my review from a month ago, I went today and I checked my bag this time and they had everything I ordered and customer service was great and the food was great. I'm so glad that they will correct their mistakes if we just give them another chance. ❤️
I had a great experience at the Wingstop in Redlands,Cal recently and was really taken away by their tasty chicken wings!I had their lemon pepper and garlic parmesan flavors on my order and an order of their corn on the cob-tasted really great! Very bad customer service! Hydie was so rude and should not work in customer. She ID me for paying with a regular debit card while she did not ID anyone else. She was harassing us and made my lunch and whole experience horrible. I have came to this wing stop my whole life and never experienced this. If she continues to work here I will never buy food here again and will be contacting the company. Also the bathrooms are so gross with pee on the seats and floor.
Employees are nice ! But they take forever cause they alwasy talking to each other in back even if they busy . I think this might be the only store that gets paid to talk and not work . Good thing there other wing stops that are faster
Wow worse managed wing stop I've ever been too, The manager is so unprofessional. They made a mistake on my order and the manager bullies in the conversation and ends up blaming me for there mistake. My sons ask for napkins and says they have no napkins, also bathrooms had no tissue. Worse service ever and manager needs to work out her issues.
I have a rule of thumb for this place and just this one. If the fries are amazing (crispy, flavorful) the chicken is bad. Bad. On the toilet at 2am bad. It’s a coin toss really. Truly a 50/50 on wether or not this place will make me sick.
Usually a good experience. Wings are usually just under saucy. They do have open dining so thats a great deal.
Wings were alright. None overcooked, sauces were diverse and flavorful, However, (if fries are your thing) the fries seem unusually dark and/or overcooked. But other than that, pretty good. EDIT: Fries r pretty good.
Good wings but literally the worst service… they must not get paid enough or something because every single time I have been there they are miserable angry people. Their management must be a nightmare ?
I visited wingstop today and purchased the "crew pack" 30 bone-in wings .Lemon pepper mango habanero with large fries 4 cups of ranch. The staff are supper nice and so is the outside of wingstop. I personally think it's a good place for a date or lunch with friends there is plenty seating outside along with different diners from other restaurants within the plaza .
