Worst wait time ever! They messed up on order on top of waiting so long!. Will never go there again. Won’t recommend this place to anyone!
Sense I was 15 years old,I eat for the first time the regular chili dogs,in Tx,I felt in love, when I moved to California, I start looking for it, and now I'm so happy my kids, well my all family loves it,
Good food haven't been disappointed yet, I would recommend.
Bad service when you order staff is rude when you let them know they made a mistake on your order. Then they expect you just to pay them for what they inputted in their register. Unhappy with there service my suggestion find another weinerschnitzel unless your interested in decent food and bad service
Good food, but fries were a bit cold.
I went there today and the service was not good. The food was cold and there was no napkins in the bag or a fork to eat with.

We drove through the drive thru at this location: 1961 Redlands Blvd Redlands CA 92373. The cashier we spoke with on the intercom was named: Marcu. A male Hispanic adult . We went through the drive about 9:00 P.M. The drive thru line was backed up with cars. When we placed our order on the out side intercom we explained to Marcus we wanted the ten chile dog special . With chopped onions on top and mustard on top. Markus stated ok . We drove up and paid Markus. He did not say he and the cook did not place the chopped mustard on the hot dogs. He also did not say he and the cook did not place the chopped onions on the chile dogs . When we went home this is when this was discovered. Also one chile dog was placed in the paper bag unwrapped. We called and complained. Markus was informed of the problem . Rather then appologizing . His response was: " The next time you go through the drive thru we can refuse you service. His job is to provide excellent customer service with out excuse. So far we can not find the corporate phone number to make a complaint about Markus and his co worker. Both cooks are not even using : Clean plastic gloves when they touch food. In lieu of the required : FDA CODE: 3-301.11.D. The three ways to touch food.
