We have been here several times and always love it. Brought my Mom here for the first time today and she had the Grove Sandwich, pasta salad, and the clam chowder-wanted to taste everything :) this place always has fresh yummy food and friendly staff! Very patient and great recommendations. Can’t wait to come back again.
Came here with the family on a nice and hot Saturday to try their custard and it was all so delicious.. I loved the creations they had, but my favorite was Theron’a speciality and they were so kind to give us samples!
Got sandwiches from the deli portion of Theron's Marketplace. We had the Grove (turkey-pesto) and BLAT (bacon, lettuce, avocado, tomato). Of the two, the BLAT was the better one, with crispy sourdough and excellent bacon. The Grove was also good, with a very strong pesto spread, but the bread was wet which led to a somewhat soggy experience.Service here was fine. My complaint is that due to the open dining area and high ceiling, it is really hard to hear the staff calling out completed orders; it wasn't until I actually opened my sandwiches that I had any confidence I'd been given the right food. Particularly for the other restaurants in the back, it would be super hard to hear. A number system on a digital reader-board or some other similar method would be useful.Overall, good food, but environment could be better.

Theron’s is great for custard any time of the day or evening. Great mix-ins and custard flavors. But Theron’s isn’t just about good custard. They also have great salads, sandwiches, Hawaiian BBQ and Mexican food. They staff is friendly, helpful and always greet you with a smile.
This COULD be and incredible place! It's confusing when you walk in. We ordered and it only took 5 minutes to get our food, which means it's not fresh. It tasted warmed up.
Picked up dinner tonight from here. Let me tell you, Jacob, one of the workers, was AMAZING!!! The food was DELICIOUS, as always. But I really wanted to recognize Jacob for his hard work and hustle!

The ice cream and shaved ice are amazing but the service is lacking to say the least. The employees are the most unhappiest people at a business anywhere around redlands.
Therons Deli ,located in Therons Market place in Redlands,Cal on Cajon Street features some of the best hand made sandwiches around!Therons Deli is located inside with several other food boutique shops- really a neat place!I had their roast beef sandwich and it was PERFECT !
